I wouldn't have ordered from Allurez if…
I wouldn't have ordered from Allurez if I knew then what I know now. I purchased a beautiful bracelet, in July-20, as a present to my daughter for her graduation. The order did arrive in time for the celebration, but it was broken. Since I was not at the celebration or in the same state I had the bracelet shipped to me where I had it inspected by my local jeweler. They said that it broke because they used an inferior gold that is not as reliable. However I had no choice, I sent it back to Allurez, but they would not reimburse me for the shipping to my home from the celebration, insurance was over $100.00. After, 6 weeks the bracelet shipped, but they shipped it to the wrong shipping address, they shipped it to the original address not mine which I confirmed they would ship it to. When the package was opened, the bracelet was missing a diamond, shipped it back to Allurez. After another + month Allurez shipped the bracelet again, this time to my street address, but in the wrong city. I finally got the bracelet 6 months after I originally ordered it. I no longer wanted the bracelet, but per Allurez I only had 30 days from the original purchase delivery date to return the bracelet. I have not had this bracelet for a total of 30 days in the last 6 months, but that did not matter to Allurez. While I think the bracelet looks beautiful, my daughter is afraid to wear it for fear that it will break. So if you like to just look at your jewelry and not wear it, by all means purchase from Allurez. However if you ever would like to wear for jewelry, buy if from someone else. Rob C. (Phoenix, AZ)

!! UK BUYERS BE WARNED !! Total disappointment
After putting in an initial order for the peice concerned I contacted Allurez to see if it was possible to customise my order to which they responded yes. Great, I thought, and will we have enough time to get it to the uk for Christmas?... Next thing I new it had been sent! No further communication regarding the customisation until it was to late. The gift did get here in time for Christmas but not only is the chain attached far to big for the wrist intended it wasn't a unique gift as I had hoped and was sent Without confirmation of approval. Tried to contact customer Allurez customer services on many occasions to discuss but to no avail. All this aside we decided to adjust the piece here in the uk only to receive a £90 import tax and legal action from Fed Ex some 2 months later! Again tried to contact Allurez customer service to discuss but have only had a lot of disjointed replies assuring me that I'd be contacted soon and wasn't. Can't believe the lack in customer care this company has failed to provide. We are now stuck with a bracelet that doesn't fit, wasn't finished to my request and cost $150 more than advertised. Such a disappointment! UK BUYERS BE WARNED!

Disappointing experience, but got my money back
I ordered a ring from Allurez expecting it would look like the picture on their web site. It didn’t at all. After some wrangling, they did agree to refund my money if I took down my one star review. Customer service is not the forte of Allurez, but ultimately they did the right thing. I wouldn’t do business with them again but am grateful they did what was right in a speedy fashion.

Highly unprofessional
Highly unprofessional, blatant lies and disregard for customer service. Flat out refusal to take further calls, return calls and emails, and empty promises of the non existent manager or owner that never called. As stated by another consumer, once an issue arises, customer service is abysmal. It’s hard to believe since being married just under two years , my ring has spent more time in New York than on my finger in Texas. It has been sent in for repair for lost stones and defective prongs 4 times. The most recent time in December they were to replace the defective wedding band. After receiving what what was supposed to be a new wedding band to replace the clearly defective one, less than a week later, same issue. Another lost stone. And surprise surprise the wedding band was never replaced. Another lie. It was the same one. After the last time my husband and I just simply asked for money back. We were actually told that because this issue is past the 30 day mark that they refused to refund our money. When in fact quick, this issue has been going on less than a month of our wedding so in essence we were married and inside of the month my ring was already being serviced in New York. There’s a paper trail a mile and a half long proving that there was an issue with this wedding band from day one and they refused to acknowledge that. This is simply bad business. Judging from the previous reviews, the way they handle things is not an isolated incident. You would think one would receive a little better quality and service after spending 5k-7k. It is unclear to me why this situation has been handled so poorly on their end. We have been extremely patient and nice. I am a BSN nursing student who is extremely busy. The last thing I wanted to do was to have to take time to write a negative review. However, I found that it was warranted. I found it unbelievable that they actually tried to blame me for the rings poor quality and defects. In fact, I would always take my bridal set off when washing dishes, bathing, etc. For clinicals , I wear a silicone band. I am now left with an engagement ring and a defective wedding band with a missing stone for the 5th time and defective prongs. Buyer beware. Spend your money elsewhere.

Questionable quality/ethics. Get appraisal after purchase.
I could write about this forever, but here's the shortest possible version of this story: I purchased a sapphire and diamond ring from the Allurez website. No customization. It was supposed to be a AAA, eye-clean sapphire with SI1/SI2 diamonds. I contacted Allurez prior to purchase to ask about any enhancements to the sapphire - heat, diffused, etc. and was told it was a "natural stone, and not enhanced". This should have been the first red flag since most sapphires in the retail market are heat treated. The ring arrived after several weeks, but with zero paperwork. No certificate (I don't mean an appraisal) stating what was purchased - the kind of stones or the carat weights and clarity. Even my least expensive jewelry was sent with a certificate stating those things. But the first thing I noticed was how dark the sapphire was compared to the one pictured on the website. I thought maybe it would look better in the light, so I walked into my kitchen and took the ring out of the box, but before I put the ring on my finger, I immediately saw a large inclusion in the sapphire. It resembled a crack and went all the way across the stone. This was within minutes of the ring arriving at my door. I immediately emailed customer service and sent close-up images. I also inquired about returning the ring for a refund, since this was a *$4000* ring and was supposed to be an eye-clean sapphire. Many emails, days and weeks - and even more tears - went by over this. I wanted the ring, so when I was offered the opportunity to swap out the center sapphire with a different stone, I accepted. But that meant sending the ring back for them to do that. Allurez will not allow you to use USPS, and ground shipping with insurance costs a minimum $100 each way. I eventually convinced them to send me a prepaid shipping label so I could send the ring back to change out the center stone, rather than asking for a refund. So I sent the ring back for a new sapphire. Several weeks went by, and I received the ring a second time. Immediately upon opening the box I could see the sapphire was only marginally better than the first one. It was dull, dark, but mostly it was not well-polished at all. The facet edges were visibly and tangibly rough, and had little pits. Then, I saw that some of the prongs holding the sapphire were crooked and felt very sharp and extremely snag-prone. I had to visit a local jeweler to have some other items serviced anyway, so I decided to take this ring and get it evaluated while I was there. I did not tell them the ring was new, where I bought it, what I suspected about it, or how much I paid for it. I said I was thinking of having it appraised and simply asked for a professional opinion. The jeweler looked at the ring through his scope and shook his head. He said he would not sell a ring in that condition. He saw the rough edges on the sapphire (I can't remember the technical word he used, something about cut marks) and said the sapphire would need to be re-polished and reset to correct the sharp and crooked prongs. He also said the diamonds were "heavily included" (were supposed to be SI1 or SI2), and that the appraisal value would likely come back in the $1500 range. I said nothing other than to thank him, and left. So I then spent several more weeks going 'round and 'round with Allurez about refunding my money for this inferior piece of jewelry. In fact, I was told by the Allurez rep that the jeweler I visited lied about the ring in order to get me to return it and shop with them - indicating they thought I shared more about the ring with the jeweler than I said I did. I was shocked and angered that an Allurez customer service person would even suggest this or make that allegation. It's too late to make this a long-story-short, but the original purchase was made in early February 2021 and I finally received a full refund today. Of course, I am still out $100 shipping costs, but I consider that a small price to finally end this saga and cut all ties with Allurez. This experience has left me feeling that this company is quite shady. No certificate of authenticity means they can tell you it's natural, un-enhanced, "eye-clean","AAA", "SI1/SI2", but send something else. And if you're not satisfied with your purchase, their return/refund policy is anything but easy or hassle/stress-free - plus, it is expensive. If you choose to shop with Allurez, I highly recommend you have anything you purchase evaluated by a third party as soon as you receive it. Or better yet, just shop somewhere else.

My experience with Allurez was terrific. I had been looking for a dolphin ring to replace one that I had years ago. When I stumbled onto their website, which is very easy to circumnavigate by the way, I found a wonderful selection beautiful and unique jewelry. Not only did I find my perfect ring, I found several other pieces that I hope to purchase soon. When I received my ring I was even more astounded by the beauty and quality of the piece. I love it! Stay away from Allurez. Buying from them feels like a scam.
I am very disappointed by Allurez. They took a long time to complete my order, not caring about their 10-14 days policy at all (which by the way it's already a ridiculous amount of time). Then, when I told them the ring was not useful to me anymore, they told me I could not return it, since it is custom made. What in the heck is not custom made in Allurez? When I bought that ring in their website, it only allowed me do so by selecting different features such as size, the color of the gold, the stone, etc. Their return policy is therefore a scam. But it didn't stop there, I told them I wouldn't even be in the country by the time they were supposed to finish the ring. I email many people in their staff and even talked to someone on the phone. They said they would send the ring to my location abroad, which after all that happened, it could have made things a little better. To my surprise they just didn't care and send the ring to my address in the US the same day I was supposed to take my flight (which they knew). So, I had to lose my flight in order to receive the ring, and get another flight the next day at a very expensive rate. At that point it's like they were just playing with me. Allurez staff are either highly incompetent or purposely evil. Either way the result is the same. I am never buying from Allurez again and I recommend you do the same. Trust me, you will regret buying from them.

We ordered my engagement ring and were told due to Covid it may take a little longer to fulfill our order but it only took a few weeks. I had an issue with my ring, or I thought I did. I'm no geologist but thought there was a crack in my center stone. I contacted customer service, Tzetvanka and Rojan returned my email promptly. We went back and forth regarding my concerns and they wanted to help make sure I was completely satisfied. Even though there turned out to be nothing wrong with the stone after all, we originally went with a lab and decided to go with a natural stone instead. While they had it back to resize (our error again in ordering), they made the exchange with no hassle or extra charge other than the price difference for stones. Upon return it did not include the paperwork and appraisal as promised, which I have since received. Having seen other reviews I got nervous my fiance may not have gotten what he paid for. I'm not too trusting about purchasing over the internet but couldn't find what we were looking for locally, we took a chance with Allurez. We took it to be appraised by a 3rd party GIA certified appraiser and learned we actually received an excellent deal for the price we paid. My doubts in internet purchases probably made me come across as a difficult customer, but my ring came out beautiful and I couldn't be more pleased with both the product and customer service we received.

This ring is beautiful
This ring is beautiful! The halo diamonds are actually bigger than what you think they would be. I ended up doing a stack once I recieved all of my rings. The contour wedding band was the first after getting my engagement ring. Then I recieved a half eternity band. I added a spacer ring to keep diamonds from contour ring from rubbing the gold on engagement ring. I have rearranged the rings several times, but i ended up leaving them like this...until I get an open band to stack.

Poor communication and service
Very poor communication from the Allurez team. Shipping was disjointed and slow. It took a month to receive my necklace and earrings. The necklace and earrings also arrived a week apart. I am still waiting to receive my free necklace. Overall the service and communication is not good. 11/17/21 UPDATE: On principle I decided to chase down my free necklace that I still hadn't received. 9/22 after 4 months, still haven't received my free necklace requested status. Received reply same day they would look into 10/1 sent another email requesting status. Received reply same day saying it would ship next week 10/20 sent another email requesting status. Received reply same day saying it would ship this week 10/22 necklace finally arrived - 5+ months after original order and multiple emails / Texts later. Chain size is so small it won't actually fit an adult. A few weeks ago I was contacted by Kim @ Allurez regarding my review. After hearing about my experience, she said they've previously outsourced their customer service and blamed them for all the issues. She asked me to take down my review to which I said no and that I would at least be willing to update the review to include her phone call. She also offered my a $50 credit for a future purchase. Today I received an email from Kim indicating her boss wanted to know why the review wasn't removed. I'm updating my review, as I said I would, to include the fact that they did reach out. I don't know that I entirely believe the "outsourcing" excuse as the emails over the last 6 months appear to be very similar. Also, reviews after mine echo the same sentiment. Maybe it's true, maybe it's not. Unfortunately for them, I'm not willing to take the risk and purchase from them again

9I purchased a 7 stone 3 caret bezel set diamond necklace from Allurez.com just because they had a 4 star rating. I have no ideal how they managed that kind of rating! Beware is all I can tell you!!!! You had better listen to the bad reviews. I wish I had, they will Lure you in with free gifts and discounts to get you to purchase something from them and then you are in for it. Yes you will get your item but not as they describe it. I had to take the necklace to another jeweler before I could carry out my dispute with my credit card company. The necklace bezel sets were on a flimsy chain and not set accurately the stones were laying two down one up they were set wrong. The necklace looked awful around the neck. The quality of the stones were not as described they were II. My order was not a special order. On their returns policy it said for any reason I was not pleased with the purchase I could return within 30 days. I tried contacting them all day the first day upon receiving the defective and not as described item. It is true they will not answer their phone or you can't get a chat very easily, I was even cut off right in the middle of a chat when I explained I needed a return RMA# for the defected not as described item. So I filed a return form out and sent it to customer service. Only then did I get a reply the one that lured me in. All he replied was why don't you like the necklace everyone else does. I sent picture's of the necklace to him and explained the bezels were messed up and the stones weir not as described. They were full of carbon and ice and the necklace would not lay right. He then stopped answering any of my messages ignoring me hoping I would just give up and go away. He also did not send a watch their so called free gift! and they offered another discount after you purchase that is another way of luring you in. That was another lie. I still have an ongoing case against them. So if you are smart you better listen to the people's bad reviews they are just trying to warn you, I wish I had been smart enough to take heed now I am going through all this. Take notice that they even have lure in their title Al lure z! They are a very dishonest company and I don't know how they stay in business.
