Great shoes but unfortunately terrible customer service
The shoes feel nice but sadly couldn’t really use them since I needed to replace them with a bigger size. By the time support replied the sale was over and the policy is completely different, return the shoes then get the credit to buy a new pair. What’s the point of a replacement if I’m going to pay the difference for the original price including shipping. Until now we haven’t met halfway to help new customers and its been over 45 days with no resolution. Then I get an email from them after sending 2 follow up emails to get this in the response: Please note that we are past 45 days from the original purchase (July 6th), and we are offering the sale price extension and a manual exchange as a one-time customer courtesy in this instance.

Love the comfort
Love the style, the feel of the shoe, the comfort whether I'm walking, hiking or biking. I wore them "once" without socks bc it was 90 + degrees outside, and when I removed them the insole started to come out as well. Not good, once the insole loosens, it never re-seals itself and I'm left with twists, and bumps and ridges every time I wear them.

Xero prio
I bought the prio which is my first barefoot shoe. The width is just right but I imagine it may become too narrow as my barefoot journey continues. It's really comfortable and lengthwise fits perfect.

In my experience (iv owned 3 pairs) xero shoes are very comfortable but I've had mixed experiences in terms of quality control and durability. Customer service is good just very slow.

Impressed with my Xero's
I have been so impressed with my Xero shoes! I've been wearing them as my everyday shoe. My feet feel great and I forget to take them off when I get home. They are that comfortable! And, I've gotten more comments on these shoes than any shoe I've ever owned. Great job Xero!

If you love yourself, your knees, feet, and posture... do yourself this favour

good, informative company, great product
I found the Xero website to have plentiful information about the products so I could choose the right shoes for my needs. I needed a sole without a rise in the heel, so my feet will stay flat during weight training, and these shoes do exactly that. I like the color choices and the comfort of the shoes. Would certainly buy another pair when I wear out the current pair.

Prio Shoes Pretty Good Overall
I purchased a pair of Xero Prius shoes a couple of months ago. Took almost a month to arrive from the US to Canada. Initial impressions were good, shoes are decent quality and quite comfortable. Price was good too. My only complaint is that the outsoles are wearing out quickly. In the 6 weeks that I've had them, the grips are almost worn down around the heel area. Thought they'd last longer with their 5000 mile warranty.
