I bought a foldable Vivi FM20 for my wife for Christmas. It charges but nothing more. I even bought a new controller and all the answers are to turn the ignition on or press a red button. I want to know where I can send it to get it warranty repair.

So far satisfied with purchase
I placed my order on 12/20/2023. My bike arrived on the 22. Two days with free shipping! I really happy about that. So far, I'm really happy with the e-bike.its got power and I went quite a ways on half a battery. I'm really impressed with it! So far, we'll see how long it lasts.

Had to purchase a new charger

The bikes arrived intact
The bikes arrived intact. The assembly was relatively easy after I figured out the first. My family couldn’t figure out how engage the motor until, I located the throttle. Overall I am completely satisfied from ordering, until assembly and riding! I recommend this to all, especially those of you, like myself don’t have a ton of money!!!😀😀

However, because you are unable to replace the bicycle components and apply for a chargeback, the cost of your order has been frozen and the return cannot be processed for you. You can contact customer service again to apply for a return and cancel the chargeback. Our customer service will handle the return process for you and provide you with a refund. If you continue to refuse payment, we will have to wait for the bank's decision and will not be able to handle the return procedure for you.

Great Choice!
This has been an awesome bike for my 12 year old. Not to mention I have to take it out when he isn't riding. Really is a great bike! I did a lot of searching and what I found was a gem. From the great pricing to ordering and receiving the bike couldn't have been easier. I had a local bike shop friend put it together for me. Little over an hour he was texting me pics and it was ready to go. No issues assembling my guy said and he also said the bike seemed like really good quality and the pricing I paid was really good also. Two thumbs on on the entire experience.

Great bike Needed a new battery
I've had only a few experiences with VV bikes What I will say is that although shipping takes a while. It's worth it. My husband absolutely loves his bike and without it for a few weeks because of the battery dying. He was quite unhappy seeing the battery arrive and him jumping directly on the bike immediately after it was charged. Was a god sent thank you

Why did my item take a month from the…
Why did my item take a month from the day I ordered it for it to arrive at my house? Also, the item pictured isn't what I received. All I got was 2 bearings. The item pictured was the 2 bearings, plus the rest of the items in the neck of the bike.

The wrong battery was sent
The wrong battery was sent. The company will refund me but I can’t send it back as it has a charge in it. I’m not sure what to do next. I hope they let me through the battery away and send me the correct one.

Shipping is bad—10-12 days to get bike, FedEx terrible service changed delivery dates three times, bike seat came damaged , boxes torn as well, customer never signed for bike, FedEx driver signed left bikes outside front door, so anyone could have loaded them and taken them !
