I loved my VIVI but it only lasted…
I loved my VIVI but it only lasted about two months. I ordered a new meter but it did not work. Now my battery is dead and will not take a charge. I sent the pictures and video through the VIVI web site. I want a refund for the meter I bought which did nothing. Thank You, Gloria Leach

…it’s the follow-up that fails
I got the part… it ‘helped’ (somewhat) to address the ISSUE that we’ve had with the brand new Vivi bike we purchased on Amazon. But only “somewhat.” The issue that we have had with this “brand new “bike, is it does not respond quickly to turning on the throttle, or, for pedal assist. There is a delay of about four seconds from when you turn on the throttle until it kicks in. We had complained to customer service about this issue. But they didn’t offer any solution. When we asked if there was a local vendor that could look at the bike, they couldn’t supply us any names. So, long story short, we took it to a local E bike repair shop they suggested replacing this particular part… Which we did (at our expense). The throttle is a little more responsive. The pedal assist is just as slow as it was before. In addition to all of this, I need a refund for my original part order (I ordered the wrong part) which I sent back and ordered the correct part. I received a gift certificate for the returned part, & I want a refund. All in all, we have spent over $200.00 trying to get this bike “right” & we’re about to give a very honest review of the bike & the lack of ‘customer after care’ on Amazon. It’s not that the company is not trying to give good customer service, but due to distance & communication issues, they are not succeeding in giving good customer service.

Never got my order

Good for electric commute only
I bought 2 bikes, the bikes themselves are good looking and perfect for someone using them as electric commute after changing the very uncomfortable seat ( that use is a 4 star)… but I bought them for the pedal assist and that feature is useless because the highest spreed 7 is like a second speed on another bike so you pedal in the wind with no resistance and if you take off pedal assist well you are just pedaling like a circus clown and moving slowly. Just raise to 3 stars because using it electric only is kind of fun and it gets you where you want to go.

One of the two bicycles I ordered was…
One of the two bicycles I ordered was damaged when I received it. The box had a cut and a piece of the bike was sticking out. I took several photos and videos. When I opened it up I found out it was the bike seat that was damaged. That said we love the bikes and they are very fun to ride. I just need to get a replacement for my seat that arrived to me damaged. If you can replace my damaged seat, I'd say this was a 5 star experience (outside of the buggy website) It stated we would get a free gift and we never did.
