The absolute worst batteries
The absolute worst batteries. Terrible. I have purchased two batteries to replace the original the safe came with. And I bought the external battery pack. They all suck. Horrible. Basically, I have to charge it every single week because if I don't, the entire safe is dead and cannot be accessed. Just an atrocious battery OR the damn safe drains it despite it never being opened. Whatever the reason, totally useless unless I just leave it plugged in. Pathetic.

Haven't received the product
Ordered a safe that said the item was in stock and ready to ship. I recieved an email stating they confirmed my order and it would ship in a few days and I would recieve and email with tracking numbers. After a week, I emailed them because i haven't received an email with tracking numbers. They responded they did not have the product in stock and it is supposed to be in at the end of May. I haven't received this product, but they have my money. I guess I'll wait and see what happens.

Your website stated items were in stock, I purchased 2. A week later I get an email “Sorry there was a glitch in our website, certain models won’t ship for over a month” you advertised an item that was in stock that was not I am already disappointed in your brand.

Box says made in China. Foam pieces are very loose. It is nice to keep in my car but the made in China really bothers me. I am buying a stop box for my other vehicles.

False in-stock/shipping information
Said it was in stock so I ordered it for Mother’s Day as a gift (2.5 weeks prior to Mother’s Day) and then didn’t get an email about shipping so I emailed them a week and a half after I ordered only to find out it won’t be in stock until 25 May! They said I should’ve been notified but I never was until it was too late to order her something else. I won’t be buying from the website. Upset about the lack of customer support and service!

For 650.00 I could buy a real safe, get someone to answer the phone and at least help me with my issue. I bought a life pod XT2 and the thing just won’t work. No response from vaultech for 3 weeks. They suck and don’t waste your money. I got a huge paper weight to bring to the range next week for target Practice. 5 Star Support? Our you kidding me?

Bluetooth feature disables itself.
Bluetooth feature disables itself every couple days so you have to manually enter unlock code to re-enable it again. Vaultek has done nothing to remedy this and admits others have called about same issue. Save your money and don’t bother getting the “convenient” Bluetooth option. Nice auto reply Vaultek. I’ve already contacted you months ago and nothing has been done.
