Dreadful company
Dreadful company! Zero reply to my email asking for a refund. Cheaply made Amazon bodysuits at best! I’ve had to contact PayPal to open a dispute to get a refund. I’ve noticed my comments keep getting deleted too. AVOID 😡

Cheap product
Cheap product, not worth the money, my primark control pants are 10 times better! They are ignoring my refund requests, I have sent 5 emails asking for a refund and constantly ignored, but get bombarded with ‘offer’ emails from them. Do not buy from this company!

Fantastic customer service
My BOGOF shapewear arrived within the estimated timescale. The bodysuits were of good quality and were great for flattening the tummy & cinching the waist. Unfortunately it didn't fit well on my bigger than average chest so I asked to return the items. The customer service was excellent, I was offered to try other shapewear first but I opted for a refund and was given one in a very timely manner. I would shop here again!

AVOID!
AVOID! At all costs. Item in itself is nothing special, you can buy something just as amazing at a local retail shops. If you do order something be aware that they will refuse to refund you, claiming that they don't give refunds for hygiene reasons (despite saying on their website that they do give refunds). But will then offer to send you another 'wonderful' bodysuit which if you don't like, then they will refund you. The customer service is terrible, they just ignore your emails. I do not recommend this company at all, and am disappointed in myself for using them. For the benefit of others, I will add on that since writing this review I have finally received a refund. But it came with a lot of hassle and a lot of unanswered emails. And to clarify what Britt said below - I was told 'that they can't offer refunds for hygiene purposes, but they are happy to offer me an exchange'. They change their statements all the time. I still advise others to buy their bodysuits from high street shops where you know where you stand with quality and customer rights.

Luxmery bodysuits
I ordered two bodysuits. Liked both, but one had a rip when first opened it. I contacted Luxmery and they addressed the issue right away. Jane was very helpful and addressed my concern right away by sending a replacement bodysuit. She was courteous and professional.

I ordered shapewear
I ordered shapewear, and it as shipped to the wrong address. I reached out and Julie was the rep, that responded. Let me say this, I was blown away by the customer service that was provided to me. Do not order from them!!
Ordered two bodysuits, ordering a smaller size as recommended. These do not fit and I have emailed twice and messaged on FB, but get absolutely no response. Wasted £40 on bodysuits I can't use! Beware!! Since I left this review, I got a reply. What a surprise! They are arranging to send a larger size and have said to gift the others to someone else. Hopefully these will fit!
