We are excited to have an all natural mattress thanks to The Futon Shop! The ease of navigation and detailed product information on their website made our mattress choice very easy. I also spoke in person with a customer service representative who was very courteous and knowledgeable. All of the bedding products look absolutely amazing and our choice of mattress was based on materials and longevity. We chose the CocoSupport Chemical Free Mattress for the firmness, 20-30 year lifespan and the renewable natural materials (latex, coconut fiber and wool). So far, we love the mattress and sleep worry free from chemical exposure from foam mattresses. Thanks Futon Shop.

I purchased the PureComfort futon after wasteing $3000 on the finest quality "100% Organic Latex" mattress money can buy from another company because they assured me the "unique magnesium gel would sleep cool". LIES! LATEX IS HOT! PERIOD! The Futon Shop bedding is fine quality at a fair price, and beautifully delivered on time. Victoria in Santa Rosa went out of her way to accommodate my special situation. My only suggestion to you is be sure to read the washing instructions for the cover so as to not shrink it. Everything else about this company & product is top-notch. Thank you.

Simply the best in all ways!
Not only are the products the best that I can find out there, the site is easy to use - and these are the only household furniture and products that I can use with my immune disorder. I was helped through chat amazingly fast and got advise on the most economical way to get what we needed. The full size futon mattress is firm …
The full size futon mattress is firm but very comfortable when laying flat in bed position. It was delivered promptly. When in sofa position however, the back is very high, looking a little odd. I bought a cream colored polyester mattress cover which is okay but I think a stretchy jersey material would have been better as it would not have shown all the creases created when folding the mattress in upright position as the non-stretchy polyester mattress cover does. All over, it serves the purpose of accommodating an occasional house guest. In fact, a couple stayed for a week on this futon bed. A little on the tight side but worked out okay.

As for the crease in the center, we fold it up and fold the extra fabric and put pillows in that place. This company KNOWS customer service!
Lee, the customer service/sales rep that worked with me, made my experience with the futon shop an enjoyable one. He was very patient and extremely helpful pointing out items and different options that I wasn't aware of that were to my advantage even if it meant that I didn't buy certain items or pointed me in a different direction to items that actually reduced my bill. Glad I found this company!
