Very satisfied, good bed, great service!
I purchased the PureComfort futon after wasteing $3000 on the finest quality "100% Organic Latex" mattress money can buy from another company because they assured me the "unique magnesium gel would sleep cool". LIES! LATEX IS HOT! PERIOD! The Futon Shop bedding is fine quality at a fair price, and beautifully delivered on time. Victoria in Santa Rosa went out of her way to accommodate my special situation. My only suggestion to you is be sure to read the washing instructions for the cover so as to not shrink it. Everything else about this company & product is top-notch. Thank you.
