Worst customer service in appliance…
Worst customer service in appliance department we went in at 6:45pm and no one would help us. Four guys were talking and playing digital arcade games about 20 feet from where we were standing and never even looked up at us. We spent about 30 minutes finding what we wanted before My wife had to make noises for about 15 minutes just to get someones attention. Finally someone asked if we needed help. We had 3 appliances picked out so it was an easy sale. This happens everytime we go into this department and eletronics. We shouldn't have to seekout someone to sell us something.

Not again!!!!
I have had the absolute worst experience with this establishment. I ordered multiple items a washer and dryer with no issues, my fridge was delivered damaged. My table was not delivered, and no one had answers. I had to go and pick it up and assemble it on my own. Though I received a refund on the delivery I still do not feel that this company performed to adequate standards. I also notified the company last night that they not only delivered a broken fridge but a broken chair. I have missed 2 days of work just for deliveries.

RC Willey Reno Store Receiving Error
The RC Willey pickup did not verify that the stainless steel fridge I ordered and the one I picked up were the same item. I got home with a black fridge. It was clearly marked black on top but had the wrong SKU on the side. Whoever received the fridge at the Reno location failed to do verify the correct item had been received. Online customer service did great they are making sure I get the correct fridge, but unfortunately not for two weeks.

Not worth it, take your money somewhere else!
I wish we could give 5 stars, but our experience was actually terrible. It started off great, we got sold a beautiful couch. It was down hill from there and I mean WAY down hill. We arranged to pick-up the couch (as we live 4 hours away). We had a family function that morning, so we arrived 20 minutes before RC Willey opened, we had called the day before and said we were going to be there first thing and they said they'd have it ready. It took us almost 2 hours to get our stuff, and we ended up missing part of the family function and they delayed it as long as they could for us. The gal at the Layton Will Call was about as rude as I've ever experienced which was off putting as we'd just spent over $6k on this sectional. We took a trailer because it was a very large sectional with 6 pieces plus an ottoman. We got home only to discover the largest corner piece was for an entirely different sectional, different color, shape, size. RC Willey did end up sending a couple of guys up to exchange it. Then we had 2 of the sectional pieces break in the same spot along the frames (they are just poorly built, with boards too small to support the span of the large sections.) They ended up sending out a repair guy to fix the sectionals and ended up just replacing them altogether, but the replacement literally took months. The replacement took place over two different trips because they didn't have one of the replacement pieces with them. On the second trip, the poor drivers sat in our driveway for over 8 hours because their truck broke down and it took that long for RC Willey to send help. I wish we could say better things, our sales person and his manager tried to be helpful, but at the end of the day it was enough for us to decide that we will never buy anything from RC Willey again. It is worth noting that the sectional is no longer available and has since received horrible reviews, so at least we know we're not alone in our struggle.

Not a fan of the website functionality
I tried ordering a freezer and after putting in all info and attempting to pay through PayPal, I got an error message on RC Willey’s site. I tried 3 more times and got the same message. Then in my email I see 3 emails from PayPal that I authorized 3 payments to RC Willey. I didnt get a confirmation email from RC Willey so I emailed them from the site. I never heard from them, and it’s been a few days. This was all on their mobile site so I tried the desktop site and a message said I had to wait 15 minutes to get a new code to login. It’s ridiculous to need a code to login to my account.

A complete disaster and lack of basic service
No confirmation email nor an email when it was ready to pick up. ☹️. It was loaded into the back of the Jeep by a young man... Not a word was said about the HUMONGOUS HOLE in the box... When investigated when we got it home, it had a dent so large in the 1/4 metal of the back of the microwave that it was almost bent in half. WHY would RC Willey think that would be.. in any universe.. An acceptable purchase? Most all of my RC Willey experiences have been stellar... This was horrible from the get go.

Website experience
Cancelled an order, it’s been weeks, still not fully cancelled. Made an order online, been days, still sitting in limbo and not processed. So what’s the point of a website if it doesn’t work right. Also had to call web service for help with the order because it wouldn’t go through online. I expect better from you.

Online showed available in store but item wasn’t available. Called to cancel the order since the item was not actually available and RC Willey has still not refunded the payment despite cancelling the order.

I have a duplicate order placed that I had reached out just after the order was placed to have canceled but it appears days later after no communication to have never been canceled and was charged to my credit card. I’ve filled out the online customer service communication twice now and never heard back from anybody yet

Customer Service Failure
I ordered an over the range microwave and purchased the Blue Rewards as it clearly states on your website it would cover delivery and set-up. I’ve purchased several appliances from you and they have always been delivered and installed. Today we were told they don’t install microwaves. We would have just picked them up and not waited so long for the delivery. I called and spoke to Cole in Customer Service and he talked to his manager and told me we would be issued a $100 credit and the installation cost would be taken care of by RC Willey with no charge to us. Hours later I received a text from your customer service asking if I wanted to use the $100 credit towards the cost of the installation. I replied that we are not paying for the installation and asked them for a reply. I received no response. I hope your phone calls are recorded so you can listen to my call with Cole who then transferred me to salesperson Dave who wrote up the installation paperwork.

…some assembly required
Went to will call to pick up a dinning room chair. Employee brought out an unassembled chair with parts and a box of hardware. There was no mention of this needing to be assembled on the website. Had I known this, I wouldn't have purchased it. If I wanted IKEA furniture I would have gone there instead.
