Customer Service Failure
I ordered an over the range microwave and purchased the Blue Rewards as it clearly states on your website it would cover delivery and set-up. I’ve purchased several appliances from you and they have always been delivered and installed. Today we were told they don’t install microwaves. We would have just picked them up and not waited so long for the delivery. I called and spoke to Cole in Customer Service and he talked to his manager and told me we would be issued a $100 credit and the installation cost would be taken care of by RC Willey with no charge to us. Hours later I received a text from your customer service asking if I wanted to use the $100 credit towards the cost of the installation. I replied that we are not paying for the installation and asked them for a reply. I received no response. I hope your phone calls are recorded so you can listen to my call with Cole who then transferred me to salesperson Dave who wrote up the installation paperwork.
