My husband and I have purchased several items from this store. Sales staff have always been very friendly and helpfull. I had few questions relating to sale price.Comparing to another store selling same furniture set by same manufacturer the sal price at your store is the same price as the other stores original price. At this point sales clerk told me to go to other store and purchase said furniture. We will no longer shop at your store.

Beware when buying a mattress
Beware when buying a mattress. We bought a $5400 mattress, after 2 days it did not work for us so we visited RCW to request a return. RCW do not offer refunds, only a ONE TIME ONLY EXCHANGE. We wanted a refund because they had limited options, but were forced into an exchange. If this new mattress does not work, we have recourse. The manager said they "sometimes" give refunds but he would have to look into it but there would be a re stocking fee of up to 30% Beware that if you dont like your mattress you are allowed ONE exchange and they really dont have a huge range to choose from. A mattress is a large investment and you dont know if they are going to work until you sleep on them. Very disappointing experience. I would suggest buying from somewhere that has better options if the mattress does not work for you

If, after a minimum of 30 nights, you are unable to comfortably adjust to the support of your new mattress, RC Willey will give you up to 100 days from your original date of delivery to make a one-time reselection. If the reselected mattress is of greater value than your original purchase you will be charged the difference. If your mattress still does not work for you after the initial 30 days, please contact your salesperson to set up the one-time comfort exchange. We ordered a brown ottoman from the website. When we picked up the ottoman it was gray. We were told that the description on the website was incorrect. We were not offered any type of replacement. We returned the ottoman.

In stock items are not.
Specifically purchased as website said it was in stock. It wasn’t. Asked if the other two models I was considering that were listed as in stock were available. Of course not. Offered to have delivered in a couple days. Sorry, proved to be a bait and switch company. Order canceled!

First …
First order never came in even though I was notified to pick up. Second order was extremely late and I was never notified of arrival. Worst experience I’ve ever had with your company. I was told repeatedly by several agents that it was your “new system” to blame.

What happened to my dryer...WHAT A DISASTER!!!!
We were scheduled to have our dryer delivered and installed. We were notified a week before as well as the day before with an estimated time window. Also recieved several texts that morning that they were on their way, the last one saying they were minutes out. 20 or so minutes before the last notice I got a call that my dryer wasn't on the truck and the next delivery to my area would be 2 weeks later. That was unexceptable as I no longer had a dryer. Spent close to an hour on the phone with a nice lady from corperate who tried to get an answer but really couldn't. 3 calls to the store and couldn't talk to anybody. Finially drove to the store, a 70 mile round trip, to talk to our sales rep who after finishing with a custormer was nice enough to help us find another one that I picked up myself, unloaded myself and spent the next 4 hours installing, setting up and changing the door swing to the other side. 11 hours after it was supposed to be delivered and installed I finially had my dryer ready to use. The $100 that R C Willey gave me for my trouble didn't even come close to making me a happy customer

Terrible
Wow, customer service is non existent. Rocklin CA store. Ordered $7000 worth of outdoor patio furniture including a firepit. 4 of the tiles on the pit table were chipped upon delivery. Took 7 months to get replacements. One of the 4 cracked again now it's going to take 7 months for one tile. Customer service doesn't care. They are made on Mars not in China. Never shop there.

Customer Service was non-existent when…
Customer Service was non-existent when I worked with Salt Lake City. By error, my product was placed for pickup in SL City. I live near Auburn, California, and was not going to drive through a couple of states to pick up my stove. It was not until AUBURN, California, got involved, Mindy to be exact, that I found someone whose efforts are the definition of helping someone: customer service with integrity and kindness. Horrible customer service
The furniture was delivered correctly. My review is for the Customer service or lack of. It took me calling twice to find out about the delivery because I did not receive a text. Both times I was put on hold for nearly an hour. Today I am calling because I have never received a bill and do not want it to be late. Again, I have been on hold now going on 45 minutes to speak to a live person. This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I will not be purchasing from RC Willey again.

I bought some carpet was given wrong color so called tracey to see what could do about a nother person answer the phone said hello was rude ask if i know im calling rc willys i felt she may have been under stress from tracey so this is why i say this. i ended up driving to store because tracey did call me back in a timely fashion after i showed the tracey call me so played long i told im there she i know. i told tracey that person that answered phone was upset or something and she said they been trying to get ride of here i thought wow said she get little rude on phone . tracey said they give me three hundred doller gift card if i exsept the wrong color of carpet i said no then she called left massage saying she need my email to get me a gift card so i called right back after the message came in no answer i called for over hour wanting to talk to manger i told the lady on phone i want talk to carpet manger she took massage so wait an hour after he was going to be in no call back at all so i drove down to rc willys i found manger ask about my clam and gifr card he said he be working on it ask the tracie how much i paid she said 3200.00 and ask about what was on the papper in frunt of him she said it was old one because showed i paid 4205.00 and i be getting three houndred doller gift card for there prommion but the tracie lied about the amount know what scamm is going on here saying i paid less then i did.i paid 4205.00 tracey said i paid 3200.00 i be get the law in volved now do to some lieing there.i did call back after i left and talk to tracie and ask why she told the manger i paid 3200.00 when i paid 4200.00 and ask how much do ii get for gift card she said 50.00 for every thousand the manger said a houndred after the first thousand every thousand after that a houndred doller gift card for every thousand i spent.so tracie liad or is playing game i will never do business here if with lieing going on .i do beleave who left massage with told tracie i wanted talk to the manger and was getting at me for that .it was very bad experience for me i hope to get this matter resolved i hope the manger put a stopp to the lieing of this person scammer

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Received a delivery schedule via email, but nobody ever showed up. When I called in, they told me nothing was ever scheduled in the first place, that those emails are automatically generated, and that they have the right to change them without notice. Very short and rude with her responses, I didn’t even know how to respond back to her. Order canceled, regret shopping with RC Willey 100%.

Absolutely No Communication
There is absolutely no communication regarding deliveries or changes. No reason why things change. No reason why you’re paying $99 for free delivery when your items aren’t going to be delivered. I even asked why and was told to call. My work schedule didn’t allot me much time on the phone, but without letting me know I needed to call until after I said something, I was expected to reach out. A heads up would have saved a lot of time and headache. Instead, it’s even more time without food because I’ve got nowhere to put it.

I will NEVER buy a piece of furniture…
I will NEVER buy a piece of furniture from them ever again. We bought a sectional that was supposed to "lock" in itself. The display showed my two younger kids could sit on the end of the recliners while they were out, and the sofa wouldn't tip. Yeah, this sectional UNLOCKS at least once a week, and it's a pain to lock back together, when the console was delivered, we were told their team would deliver the console, install it, and make sure the rest of the couch was locked right. The delivery guys left the console at our door. We supposedly have a 7 year warranty, one of the recliners broke 2 weeks into owning the couch. We sent it in, they got it back to us 2 months later, and as soon as my husband sat in it, we heard a SNAP! Never again. Never again will I enter and RC Willey. Inferior products, over priced, and the salesmen will lie just to get you to buy.

Shopping online is very difficult due…
Shopping online is very difficult due to billing and delivery addresses not transferring to the store correctly. I’ve ordered three times and all three times. I have to call the store because what I input into the website is not the information they received.. Huge hassle, especially since Reno hold times are consistently over an hour long. Then after you contact the store the automated system still contacts you through text, phone and email with the wrong delivery address. It will only update the day your item is to be delivered. So as a consumer, you just wait until the day of delivery and hope it’s right.

Service rep was very rude when I tried…
Service rep was very rude when I tried to use my rc wiley gift card. She told me it was expired when there was no expiration date and dihave a denomination when it was clearly visible. I asked to speak to the store manager she refused and got her “supervisor “ who I assume was her coworker as she didn’t seem concerned. She did allow me to use the card but I felt like I had to prove I had a legitimate card. I am very reluctant to use your company in future furniture endeavors as this is not the first time I’ve been made to feel inadequate interacting with your staff

Where to start.....dont waste your money
Where to start.....dont waste your money there. First, they never mentioned that they have free delivery. Second, they only delivery 3/4 of our sectional because someone cant tell the difference between right and left. Third, when calling the customer service department they were rude, unhelpful, and didn't do anything they said they would. They gave me $100 gift card for the trouble after spending over 3g and paying almost $100 for delivery. So in the end they gave me the delivery money back because we ended up picking up the last piece ourselves. The woman that helped us purchase the sectional was wonderful unlike the first guy that tried to help us and wouldnt leave us alone to look. He lied about pricing for what we wanted and kept trying to give us what we didn't want. They are going to reply with some generic a$$ excuse. Not even own up to how awful their customers service is. It is best to go other places.

Not Happy
Text message for RC Willey said my new table delivery was scheduled for May 1 between 9:30 -11:30. I waited and nobody arrived. Called customer service/delivery and after 20 mins a person picked up to inform the table hadn’t arrived at the distribution center and delivery to my home was scheduled for May 4th. Wasted a big chunk of my day and also now conflicting with other plans for May 4. Not happy

RC Willeys now charges you for installation of their goods. (The mark up on said goods is already 500+ times). AND delivery is one day and installation is another! So now I have to take two days off of work??! I will DEFINITELY go somewhere else more customer friendly. They’ve lost their way like so many other greedy corporations.

While installation of items such as ranges, fridges and washers and dryers are covered in the basic delivery fee, there are some items that require installation by a 3rd party professional team, ie: dishwashers, over-the-range microwaves and wall ovens, so there is going to be an additional fee. I made an order through the website 3…
I made an order through the website 3 days ago and was supposed to have a delivery today. The app states it will send a time frame for delivery. Never got one. I finally called day of because I never heard anything. They said there is issues with the app and now my stuff won’t be delivered for another 2 days at the earliest. We made arrangements to be home today for delivery and now it’s not coming. Very frustrating. No updates at all.
