Like walking on air!
Like walking on air! i have two pairs of pleasers and they have changed my life!! I can wear them for six hours straight and not have one problem. these beauty's are a life save and the least of my worry's <3 i have fallen in love and have decided that from now on if i want to go out and wear heals they will be pleasers :)

Disappointing is an understatement
Had to order boots from this company for a school production and the size options were limited and highly inaccurate. Have emailed them and left voice messages regarding the order and never once heard back from Pleaser. Submitted return request on line and received a mailing label with instructions to go to UPS but the label is USPS not UPS. Unfortunately the production calls for the exact shoes sold by Pleaser so I am stuck with them but order from them at your own risk.

Never buying from them again
First, they send me a defective product. Dented boots. After I waited months for them to have these particular boots again. Second, they send me a defective return label, which I had to re-edit in a word processor to change the size and everything. Third, they dont do exchanges or replacements so I had to return them and wait for a refund. Fourth, over a month after receiving the boots back, I still hadn't heard anything back from them about my refund. Not even an apology for the inconvenience. Fifth, I get tired of waiting and ask them if I'm ever going to get my money back. I finally get a response, with no knowledge of my experience, despite having all my personal information and order information. Sixth, it's over 2 months after my original order date and I still have not gotten what I wanted. Or even a response to my inquiries. I've been buying demonia boots for 8 years. and I will never buy them again, despite not being able to find boots like this anywhere else. I will tell everyone I know about this. This is ridiculous.

Poor customer service.
May 13 order. My shoes never arrived. I called, and called and called. It’s taken me two weeks to get a response. No reply back to emails, or messages. Left comments on other socials for someone to contact me, but no response. Finally June 6 (overseas), they answer my call. Say the package is with usps, I ask for a tracking number, they say it’s the same as fedex, (they are not the same, fedex will tell you that) guy on the line was like it’s lost. I have a screenshot of their undelivered package faq. I was told they do not send replacements, but only offer refunds. No where is that stated on their page..... Do not recommend them at all.

We need a new company to support as…
We need a new company to support as dancers. I bought to pairs of pleaser shoes and after my fifth time wearing the the boot began separating from the sole. I sent pics. They asked for pics of the sole and I sent them that which of course shows no wear. And they just stopped responding. I have sent five emails and they just plain stopped answering. We need a new shoe spot to support! I am rallying all our sisters to divert their purchases. We vote with our dollar.

Pleaser shoes are garbage
Pleaser shoes are garbage. I have 2 pairs I bought around the same time. I wore one pair runway modelling [so walking gently in a straight line for less than 2 mins] and the heel almost completely separated from the shoe. I contacted them and they would not offer ANY help. I took the shoe to be repaired and the repair guy told me that there are supposed to be nails that hold a shoe together, Not just glue. They can't even be fixed properly because yes, he glued it again for me but he says they will just keep falling apart because pleaser didn't use proper techniques manufacturing the shoe. I have a second pair I have NEVER gotten to wear yet, still in the box. I just went to put them on....the heel is falling off one....like seriously... just don't waste your money... I have $10 walmart heels that have lasted years and still look new.

I love there shoes!!!!!! I have about 20 pairs. They look great with all my outfits i wear. None of them have broke like the previous reviews said!! I recommend anyone wanting a new high heel sexy shoe to buy shoes or boots from them!

I was guaranteed 2nd day air shipping
I was guaranteed 2nd day air shipping, my second payment for my purchase is almost due and I still don’t have my shoes because they opted to ship them the least expensive way possible with fedex smart post, which means it was accepted through fedex and handed off to usps to be delivered whenever they show up! I am very disappointed and the company has done nothing to try and rectify the situation! I have printed my return label and will be returning my entire order whenever it shows up! I will not do business with a dishonest company, I hate to even think how long it will take them to process my return once I am able to ship the items back.

Had to return the shoes I bought as the size was wrong and the quality was appalling. I emailed to ask for a returns label which was duly sent. Had to chase them for a refund and then was charged £32.20 shipping, which was never mentioned, and I feel is excessive. If you’re thinking of buying from this company, think twice!!

A very disappointed customer
First of all, the customer service is the worst ever. They just reply, because they probably have to, without actually answering your question. Secondly, the size chart is completely useless, because there is no cm or in. I wear EU 37.5 (24.5 cm), so I ordered EU 38 (which they claim to be US 8) and those were small, so I returned them. Thirdly, the shipping was supposed to be free for the USA (I ordered via my friend, so he would measure the insole length, because it's easier to return from USA to USA, than from Europe to USA) BUT I WAS CHARGED (twice, because I had to order US 9, which were too big in the end). If you're asking yourself whether they are comfortable, when they are too long and too wide for your foot they are most surely not. Last, but definitely not least, it is written on the website that they are leather, even though only the upper sole is leather. There are people like me who are alergic to most man made materials. PS. I asked the customer service to tell me the insole length of the two sizes I was unsure about. It is written on the box, so they didn't even need to measure it themselves (which is extremely easy, by the way). PPS.If anyone is wondering the insole length of thr US 9 of this pair, it is 25.8 cm.

NOONE answers the PHONE or EMAIL
NOONE answers the phone, nor emails you back. Ive always used Pleaser brand, but I cant even make a purchase because noone will pick up the phone or email me back. Absolutely ridiculous. I have questions on some heels, and wanted to know BEFORE I bought 4 different pairs. Glad I didn't buy them, because I probably couldn't have sent them back. Plus 2 were non refundable, and I had questions about why they were non refundable or returnable items. BUT guess what!? Can't get ahold of anyone.

So disappointed
So disappointed. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes for delivery to UK paid £81.68 (this included £20+ for shipping). Arrived in good time but had to be returned as too small. This required several emails to organise. The shoes were sent via DHL and received back in USA 2nd June. Refund details received via email 6.26pm UK time on 9th June (yesterday) which tells me my credit left to spend with Pleaser (minus £38.72 for shipping!!!) is £21.58. So that's basically £80+ wasted not to mention the time, effort and stress. Won't be dealing with this company again and after reading the other reviews, I'm not the only one to have had a bad experience. Avoid the hassle and order with someone else.

I ordered boots from them
I ordered boots from them. I got a message notifying me the my order was delivered. Unfortunately it was not delivered. Not only was it not delivered, but I was home and signed for other packages that were delivered by UPS the same day. I contacted customer support and she wanted me to provide the address that my order was mailed to. She emails me back later confirming that it was shipped to my address and that it was delivered on October 1st so they can't file a claim. So now I am out 140 bucks for a product that they don't feel responsible for honoring. UPS is their problem. They owe me the boots I paid for or my money back. So far I have neither. I have ordered their products for years and never had even a reason to contact customer support. Now I know there is no customer support. I will never order anything from them ever again and I suggest you don't either. Disgusted, disappointed and furious. *Update I called UPS myself and explained the situation. They recommended that I tell the sender to file a claim. So I contact Pleaser again feeling good that this will be resolved. Boy was I wrong. They told me that I misunderstood and that the package was delivered to the address provided and there was nothing they could or would do. So I call back UPS, and they tell me how to file a claim. I do, I file a claim with UPS at 7:30 in the evening. By 10 am the next morning, I have my boots. So if you have a shipping issue. Just skip them, they are nothing but a waste of time in getting you your product. Contact the shipper, they care more than this company does.

Their customer service is horrifying
Their customer service is horrifying! I ordered a pair of boots and they arrived damaged - some of the lacing hooks were so bent down that I couldn't get them laced. I tried using pliers to unbend them but they wouldn't budge. So, I emailed customer support. It took 3 or 4 days to get a reply, which was just that they had to check with a manager. Then a few more days pass and no answer, so I reach out again. No answer. I reach out again a few days after that, no answer. After 12 days, I call, and speak to someone who says my case has been escalated. I finally get a reply. Completely unapologetic at their ridiculous response time, they say I need to return the shoes so they can fix them. I no longer have the shipping box, so I reply asking what I'm supposed to send them in. No reply after 3 days, so I have to call again. The person says I have to go buy my own box, which pisses me off. I express my unhappiness with the customer service and she offers me 10% off my next order. Lol!! That was so insulting! Better to have not offered me anything, 10% off is a joke for how they've treated me. Never buying from them again, totally disgusted with the company.

Never shipped my shoes
This place is a literal waste of time . I paid $60 for a pair of pleasers . Plus an extra 20 for the shoes to arrive in 2-4 days . They sent me a order confirmation and that’s it . It’s been 3 weeks , nobody has sent shipping info or anything , they don’t answer the phone or emails . Do NOT buy from this store , you’ll regret it big time .

Ordered a Christmas Gift from their official website for my GF, got a good order reply confirmation, a week later a delay email saying all is well, just running slow. Another week later, they CANCEL my order!, out of stock? WTH Pleaser? How am I supposed to trust your website stock on time-sensitive orders again? DO NOT TRUST THEM, only buy in PERSON if you must.
