Miscount made right the best way.
Ordered a product on sale that showed stock but was out and they offered to refund or make the kit rather then just give me my money back without saying anything. I choose the kit and everything came accounted for. It was a nice change from just seeing auto refunds like on Amazon when an item on sell gets sold out and you are stuck paying full price rather then the discount.

Outstanding prices, fast shipping, great and current selection of parts. Only downside is the website can be very very slow. Be patient while using it.

Shipped two days late but that was due to fedex. You guys started shipping within the hour. Site was very easy to navigate for a first time watercooler compared to amazon and there was plenty of selection.

Excellent Selection of Parts
We really appreciate that Performance PC's maintains a nice inventory of Lian-Li parts. There was a glitch in their order processing. After we submitted the order, we only got back a blank page which normally would have stated that the order was successful. They did ship the products right away and they arrived in excellent condition two days later.
