My order was not processes correctly
My order was not processes correctly. I was given a tracking number for a different order, then when I emailed customer service I was told there was no order found. I had to send several emails with my order number and picture of my bank statement. I was also very hard to get some one on the phone.

Warning. Very little thermal paste inside the syringe once you remove the label
The post for your product is misleading. In the picture it shows the thermal paste in the syringe is approximately 30% full. While the product i bought, the plunger was already pressed all the way down, so i removed the labeling on the syringe and its is barely at 15% full. this is brand new purchase. For the price i paid and shipping its way to expensive. Some could also read the 1.5 grams on the AD as meaning as 1.5 cc that would mean the syringe would have a lot more thermal paste inside, but i realize the density is thicker, and will be less thermal paste inside the syringe. you need to be more clear for your customers in the description and make sure they know the paste is going to be very little. I will not buy again from your website.

Lost package
They shipped an expensive package to me, lost it without any signature required and told me they could do nothing.

We apologize for any inconvenience. Upon looking into this a signature was not added at check out. Per policy we add signature to orders of $500 or more. On orders under $500 the signature is optional, and you did not select it at check out. The package was delivered correctly per GPS scan and photo delivery. Packages are not covered against theft after delivery.

Horrible business
Horrible business. Ordered a radiator from them that didn't work out so I returned it. They're now claiming I didn't return it in time and refuse to refund my money or send the radiator back! Beware buying anything from this store or you may end up losing your money.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience, i bought a ek direct die block from them which ek has stated online that it is defective. I have been going back and forth with performance pcs for a week now trying to get a refund. but now they say they have to talk to EK first, ek is now on vacation. so I gave my money to performance pcs but now will be waiting weeks to hear anything back and all the while I cant use my computer. might as well order directly from ek and other manufacturers next time, if they dont have the ability to refund a defective product. so frustrated. I did send more info once EK requested it but they only wanted to send me a new die guard when the cold plate was also not working properly. That's when I requested the refund because I became frustrated

We're very sorry that you are unhappy with your experience. Unfortunately we must go through the manufacturer when an item is defective, as we are just a reseller. In your first email, you inquired about a replacement part for the item. It took EK a few days to respond. Once they did, they requested more information, that's when you decided on a refund instead of the replacement part. I then emailed them back and let them know you would like to proceed with a refund instead, but when I emailed them I received an automated email informing me that they would be out of the office until May 3rd, 2023. It's very unfortunate that EK will be out of the office due to a holiday, but this is out of our control. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience. We highly recommend that customers review our store polices not just for our store, but any online company before they make a purchase.

Surprised at all the positive reviews
Surprised at all the positive reviews. Bought a few items and they clearly sent me an open box/returned item for one of my items (Aquacomputer Octo). The box was sealed but the side was opened. Upon inspecting the item, there was a few scratches on the plate. I would be wary of these reviews as they can easily be faked.

Thank you for your review. In the policies the section international orders clearly notes that the customer will have to pay import fees when shipping internationally. We recommend all customers read the policies before agreeing to them.

The box came damaged
The box came damaged. Theres even a small hole through the back side of the box. When I open the package it felt like it has been open before. The ekwb sticker is ripped in half and the bag is not fully closed.

Really disappointed
Really disappointed, very bad communication. Informations not clear about shipping. After ordered I had to pay another extra 105 eur for importation fees.... if you live in Europe. You may do better deals here in Europe. I ask a return and no return no refund no solution..... I WON'T SAY THANKS

The section on international shipping does note that the customer is responsible for import fees, unfortunately we have no control over these charges, nor are we able to cover the cost of shipping if these fees are not paid.

Ordering and shipping are still miserable experiences
While in checkout, the site wouldn't calculate shipping cost, forcing me to manually reenter my address until it worked. I've had to do this almost every time I ordered from PPCS. This has been an issue for years and I don't understand why it hasn't been resolved. Once I got it work and my order shipped, I learned the delivery required a signature, which wasn't possible since I was at work. I had to message PPCS shipping department and arrange to pick up my order at a UPS facility. No other online retailer gives me this much hassle. With Newegg, Amazon, Titan Rig and even Aquacomputer, I can just put in my info, click "place order" and rest assured that my items will arrive. With PPCS, there's always at least one major inconvenience or problem I have to troubleshoot on their behalf. Why is such a simple and obvious process so difficult for PPCS? Why haven't these glaring issues been fixed? PPCS has had years to fix them, yet nothing has changed. There are no excuses for these types of problems in 2022.
