Found a crossbow on there website for sale, ordered it and the next day, they couldn't find it in there warehouse, totally wasted my time and bummed me out. I saved up for weeks.

Cancelled my order
Had trouble ordering on website. Called customer service and was told "there's nobody here that can help you". Finally got order to process. Half day later I get a notice of a credit from Pawn America on Paypal. Next day, I get automated email saying they couldn't find the item that I ordered, and had cancelled order. Won't ever bother with them again.

I ordered a nintendo switch used..
I ordered a nintendo switch used... for nearly full retail price (250$) It had cigarette smell all over it and was dirty. The left controllers trigger button is broken and the will need replaced. The picture and description used was not accurate as it claimed the switch was fully functional.

I paid for an item online
I paid for an item online, I called to make sure I was going to the correct store for pick up, because it was not listed on our final info/receipt. Luckily I did, because I was informed someone had somehow just walked out with it. Somehow this type of thing needs to be corrected.

I would give zero stars if possible
I would give zero stars if possible. The east side Madison wi employees were rude and dismissive the entire time I was there. Basically told me they could do nothing about my order and walked away from me. Will never use them again.

Poor trade😵
Well I went back on my word and tried Pawn America AGAIN, brought in a beautiful ring I bought from them less then 1 year ago , paid $3299.00 for, first they offer me $800 for it's gold weight, then I say I just want a loan, they tell me it is only worth $1800(!!!!!!!!!!!!!!), then why did I pay $3299.00? Help me understand this madness? The moral was so bad at Burnsville Pawn America I thought I walked into a morgue and not a retail store, PA, your failing badly, your prices are outrageous, come back down to earth! I purchased a game system for a…
I purchased a game system for a Christmas present for someone from another state. Got it in a timely manner, but just before they left for home, they told me it was broken. I didn't have time to return it and they took it with them when they returned home, saying they can have it repaired. Never again will I buy from Pawn America as an online purchase and I will ALWAYS demand to see it fully functional before purchasing in the future. It was a very low blow and poor business practice. Thanks a lot for making me waste $200 on a broken game system that I can't even return.

Products being advertised were not available. Not one of them. The database isn't accurate at all. The website isn't accurate at all. It's like buying something on Amazon and them saying no we don't actually have anything we advertised. Which is not how Amazon does it. After 2 or 3 attempts to purchase something off this piece of crap site I went to Amazon after all got a better product and better deal. So actually thanks for having a crap site.

Not a very good experience this time
Not a very good experience this time. I had purchased a guitar through the Pawn America online website. I planned on picking it up from the store the next day. Unfortunately this is where things started to run off the rails. The next day I had forgotten which store I had purchased from. I looked at my receipt, and it didn't say so I called the phone number. All I wanted to know is which store I needed to pick the guitar up at. I got a hold of a girl, who at first could not find my order in the computer. She put me on hold for over 20 minutes. I had to hang up, and tried to call back a few hours later. I got a hold of the same girl, at this point she told me I would have to hold for the manager. So again I was on hold for more than 15 minutes. Thinking I was forgotten, I hung up and called back. This time I got a hold of a guy, who gave me the impression of, "Why the heck are you calling me?" and told me that he could not help me with any online purchase. He then transferred me to supposedly someone who could help me. Remember, I just want to know where I can pick up my guitar. I was on hold for another 20 minutes, finally I got to someone's voicemail. I left a message with my contact information. No one called back. The next day, I went to the closest store to where I live. I waited in line for another 20 minutes or more. Finally I got to an employee. I told him that I had purchased a guitar and I wanted to know where I could pick it up. He was able to find out where I had purchased the guitar. As an after thought I asked if he could call the store to verify it was ready to pick up, since the store was about 45 minutes away. He did, and right away he was told that for some reason the store could not find the guitar. The employee I was with explained to me that they were very sorry and that someone would call me the next day to help me find possibly another option. This never happened. Instead I got a credit back to my PayPal account, which unfortunately took 5 more days to clear. At no time did a Pawn America employee try to contact me or at any time during this event just tell me, even though it was my impression multiple people knew that they did not have my purchase, I would have been bummed but not upset. However, again this did not happen.
