Received a locked Apple Watch Ultra and had the inconvenience to return it and shop somewhere else for another one, waiting on full refund upon arrival of item sent back. This store should check activation to ensure it is fully unlocked and ready to use before shipping or selling it.

I called this pawn shop in Robbinsdale…
I called this pawn shop in Robbinsdale mn and specifically asked if I could pick up a pawn that had been taken out by my husband. The customer service agent said that as long as I had my husband ID and that my ID had the same last name and address as my husband then I could pick up the pawned item. I went to the Robbinsdale mn location and attempted to do just that and was being helped by a nice man. All of a sudden this woman came over and said "what's up " I explained that I was paying to retrieve the pawned item and she rudely said that I couldn't unless I had a marriage certificate. I explained that I had called ahead and was told that I could show my ID and if it was the same last name and address a wife could retrieve the item. With out looking at the matching address she said they were wrong. Very rudely I might add. She said to tell my husband to pick up his own stuff. I left very frustrated. Also I had come there a week earlier to pay $50 on the pawn and they would only let me pay the interest no anything extra. Horrible service and will never go there again.

They sent my PlayStation 3 to me with the wrong power cord and controller wire did not match up with console could not plug it into the console had to buy new controller and power cord PlayStation works fine next time they need to take their time packing and making sure correct parts are sent

Item showed up with missing parts. Went back and double checked the original pictures and the part was there. When I received it it was missing.

Would not recommend. I ordered a camera lens for Duluth online and they sent a different lens. They were unable to find the correct one. They gave me options I could send the one back and get refund or keep the one I had an pay with no discount on the lens. Didn’t feel the company really cared it was at there fault that I would have to make a trip to send back the lens an I offered to keep it would have expected that they could have discounted the wrong lens that was sent since it was an error on the companies side. But was offered no such thing. Worst customer service. Not apologetic about the mix up.

This nail gun is flaky
This nail gun is flaky. Only works half the time I keep having to take it apart and put it back together just to run 3 nails out if it. I should have bought 1 off Ebay with a return policy.
