2 year warranty? more like 2 minutes
bad handlebar hardware, 1 part and its proprietary, which means its unavailable anywhere else but the manufacturer phone number is useless, 20 min on hold then they disconnected and I received a text to use email, which i already tried, 1 response and then nothing. figured I would buy from a somewhat local dealer (California, although bike shipped from east coast port, regardless) suggestion: call the phone number or email with a made up problem and see if they respond, if not DONT BUY FROM THEM

I love my bike! My friends that have super 73s are SUPER jealous of my bike because it’s decked out. I was afraid to ride it at first but now I don’t want to get off of it. Everyone thinks it’s a little mini motorcycle. Lots a strangers ask me where I got it when I’m out riding around.

Good experience with Basalt and Basalt ST purchaasee
Have had bikes for a few months now. Both are fun to ride. My wife's ST had a bad shifter when we got it. After a few emails with customer support we got a replacement from MOKWHEEL about two weeks later which I installed. I also had to contact them about some accessories that were missing from the free package of stuff they sent us. They promptly apoligized and sent the missing items.

Terrible Customer Service - Great Bike
Asphalt ST arrived with bent rear rack. Emailed pics & no response. Called & got tech support to view the pics & they agreed that it was damaged at the manufacturer before it was placed in the box. Shipping label created in 2 days, but the replacement rack was never handed over to the shipper. After many unanswered emails, called customer support who assured that it was on the way; it was a lie. Called 2 days later when tracking showed no progress; more lies. Finally after 3 weeks of unanswered emails & phone calls & lies, emailed ultimatum: ship replacement rack now or deal with the FTC for warranty violation. Emailed answered immediately & it was shipped within hours. Don't know if this is incompetence or stupidity or both? Spend the extra money & buy from a bike shop dealer. Don't buy direct.

YOU ONLY HAVE 5 DAYS TO REPORT SHIPPING DAMAGE. OPEN THAT BOX WHEN IT ARRIVES. YOUR WELCOME Customer service questionable at best. Mesa Lite ST. Bike arrived with shipping damage most could be overlooked except the display with the broken bracket. Emailed pics immediately after opening box. Rep answered and said would send me bracket and she did but it was lost in shipping. Called and asked to have reshipped and they did. Then bracket arrived and it was a 2 inch piece that was not at all what was broken. When I called today I was told shipping damage must be reported in 5 days and pics I sent were sent on day 8. So they would not replace the display. This is 2 months later. Also 2 months later we are still waiting for the free black Friday items that were promised with our order. Currently being told label was created and items never shipped. They are suppose to be creating a new order and sending those items now. We will see. Love the bikes and the bike rack to haul them. Seat isn't very comfortable you will want to upgrade that with your order.

This is the absolute worst customer service of any company I have ever purchased from. Good luck getting a response or a warranty issue covered. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable company that answers the phone or responds to emails.

Any review above 1 star is written by someone who works for this terrible company. I cancelled my order 3 hrs after placing as my wife didn’t want the e-bikes I ordered. The company ignored my cancellation 100% and shipped out the bikes and has completely ignored all my emails and there is no one who answers phones or calls you back after you leave them a message. Complete scam of a company BEWARE!!! I have been trying to reach them at least 8x per day leaving voice mails with my phone # and emails with my phone #. They simply will not get back in touch with me and one of the bikes got delivered today. (Left outside in the pouring rain to top it off) How is this allowed? Please do not order anything from this e-bike company ever!!!

No customer service/ no warranty
After 5 months of use, the bike doesn’t work anymore, the battery is good but I can’t power up the bike. I been trying to reach mokwheel for 5 weeks and with no success. My emails got no reply, my phone calls were ignored. Maybe smoke signals could work….but California is far away. Save your money and buy something else.

Nice Bike, Horrible Customer service
I had been researching, reading, watching videos for months before purchasing my first ebike. Thinking that I found the best out there. Well my experience has not been the best. Let me start I really do like the ebike. It is fun, easy to use, and adjusting the settings is easy. However, the service is crap. When I purchased my ebike I included the $99 accessory package, which at the time the website did NOT state they were out of stock on the accessory package. Mokwheel does have a phone number, but good luck getting a person on the phone or to call you back. I did email customer support and received an email in 24 hrs stating that the accessories would be sent out on the date stated on the website. That would have been acceptable if the charger wouldn't have failed within the first week. Again I tried calling and received no answer, left a message no call back, sent an email and here 24 hrs later no response. Currently they have no chargers in stock according to the website. So I have no clue when I'll be able to use my ebike again. It's frustrating to have an $1,800 paper weight sitting there unable to use. Overall the lack of customer service is a huge disappointment. The lack of communication is unacceptable. The lack of accessories should not be a thing. There are many more details I could go through as to why one may want to reconsider buying from Mokwheel but I focused on the most important to me. They really need to get their act together. Otherwise they will find themselves bankrupt.

I wait for my bike now over 1 Month
I wait for my bike now over 1 Month. They have the money but I don't have the bike. On my last mail no reaction at all. The last Custom service guy told me they out of stock and the bike will be shipped out in week 03/25 we are now in 04/01 and still nothing. When I order the bike the site said it will be shipped in 2 days. Its frustrating. No one is picking up. I will file a fraud case with mt Bank its ridicules. Stay away from that company as far as you can.

Customer service stinks
When went to use my front brake after assembly the mineral oil dripped out all over my wheel etc. I went to a local bike shop to get it fixed. Without ever seeing the bike I told them what was wrong and they gave me a quote of 38.00 to bleed the line and replace the brake pads. I sent that to Mokwheel. The final bill came in at 54.00 and Mokwheel refuses to pay the 54.00,only the 38.00. So for 16 bucks their supposed world class service is completely devoid of any integrity or honor.

Great bike
Great bike. We bought 2 Asphalt St and have put on some miles and no issues I'm trying to replacement a broken computer Brackett and can't seem to get any customer service ? The dealer will ship one either. Bought in florida and now in ohio for 6 months Nearest dealer is 278 miles from me. Just want a simple part.

Don't deal with this company, BUYER BEWARE!!!!
They are the worst at customer service. I ordered a bike for almost $2,000.00 on a Sunday afternoon. I came across some poor reviews and decided to cancel the order the same day. The recording stated they were closed and would reopen, Monday, 8:00 AM PST. I immediately followed up with an email informing them to cancel the order. Monday came and I called them at 8:00 AM to make certain they received my email. I called 4 times and could never get anyone to call me back. I received an email stating the order was canceled and that they were charging me $500.00 plus a 5% CC fee for the return. I lost it. I went and copied all the information from there web site along with invoices showing dates and times along with phone logs. The bike was never in the hopper to be shipped. When I sent all this information they stated they would not charge me the $500.00 but would still charge me the 5% CC fee for the refund. I would not recommend doing business with business that steals from potential customers. If they are doing this to potential customers you know they are doing it to regular customers.

I customer service and no response or help
Ive only had this bike a couple of months the battery was used and the 3 rd time I rode it the wheel wrapped up the wire to the motor because the spacers were not installed correctly since you don’t have the parts to repair it can I send it back for replacement or refund ? I gave up on trying to call no one ever answer and it seems you are not responding to my emails nether can you please reply and give me a call and let me know what you are going to do?
