I canceled in order back on November…
I canceled in order back on November 21st and it is now January 7th and I'm still waiting for the refund to be processed. They never answer their phones, they do not respond to emails, and it is the worst customer service I have ever received from a company! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and placed a dispute with my credit card company! This is beyond ridiculous! Buyer beware!

In Store and Online Experience
We stopped in the store on Douglas in Des Moines and a sales person understood what we wanted and took us right to the item. He gave all the informatoin we needed to decide if it worked in our room. We came home and evaluated and it worked so I created an account online in a few minutes, found the item by SKU # thanks to the sales person's suggestion we take a photo to make identification easy. I place the order and was done in minutes and received free delivery as well.

Rewards card order
I was able to order new sheets for my Purple mattress online using my Homemakers Purple Rewards card. Due to inclement weather I am unable to make it in to the store, but now I won't lose my rewards balance!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service - won't honor broken handles on all drawers of bedroom furniture which I paid well over $2500 for. Won't go back. DO BETTER!

Hi, Vicki, we truly apologize. We did work with Aspen Furniture on replacements and they are not available. These items are from 2018 and unfortunately have been discontinued. We would gladly order them for you if they were available. Again, we apologize that these handles are no longer available.
