I placed my order May 7th expecting it…
I placed my order May 7th expecting it to be shipped 1-3 business day (Wednesday 10th) and the items would arrive today to Monday the 22nd. To my surprise I received an email this morning that my package has shipped. This delay on your part will now mean I have to purchase these items elsewhere because they will not arrive in a timely manor. I should have paid more and purchased them through Amazon or went with a different company. 13 days to process and ship an item is outrageous and you need to correct this. It's been 6 business days and you still haven't even mailed my package out... I had the option of going through amazon but I chose to go from the source and that seems to have been a mistake. Additionally, if size issues occur, Amazon isn't gonna give me a hard time and I read your return policy. That's kind of b s!

On two consecutive orders I had items that were available on the website but unavailable for shipping or delivery. On the first order, the unavailable product was not mentioned to me until after the rest of the order was delivered. Get your website inventory figured out.

I still don’t have the products that I purchased about a month ago. Your communication has been terrible. Over $80 spent and I can not get someone one the phone to explain the issue. Absolutely, won’t be purchasing anything else from you guys. I spend a good amount of money on baseball gear but you guys won’t be on my list in the future. Truly disappointed.

Three weeks and still no delivery .
I ordered three items around April 5th and still did not receive anything . I had to call several times and even had to give my credit card info again . Then I still did not receive anything and had to call again and this time they said no delivery to PO BOX ? Why didn’t the website tell me this when I originally placed the order ? The products seem ok but I can’t tell because I did not receive anything yet .

Pro rugged knee & elbow pads
These pads are more comfortable than other pads I’ve worn in the past. Very light and breathable. Had an issue with one item from the sale page that said in stock then was notified later that it wasn’t available. Was given 20% off and free shipping for a replacement.
