Very very bad
Very very bad. They do not communicate with customers, they lie about delivery dates. They never go to the point and be upfront about their work rather they try to sell you dreams so they can have you buy their clothings. How are you a business and it takes you 4 days to respond not your customer?? First, they lie about having a store in the US somewhere in New Jersey but it on Google maps it looks like someone's house. This is just awful.

Terrible costumer service.
Terrible costumer service and disrespectful. I order a suit for an event I had couple of weeks later, I was thinking I was going to be on time cause they saying they are delivering with FedEx, and usually is pretty fast. So I was quiet confident, 3 days before the event they didn’t even shipped my item, so I sent an email and a text and gently ask to cancel my order cause I won’t have the product in time. They ignored my request and said they will sent the parcel straight away and I will have it in time. I asked not to just cancel my order. But they ignored me and kept going with my order. I received an email from fedex saying my parcel will be with me 5 days after my event. Terrible costumer care. I was really upset and unhappy.

I will buy more from French Crown
I wanted to write a lengthy review because of the effort this company made to get my suit to me quickly! All communication was by email. 1. Delivery was by Fedex international. I was warned it would take 7-10 days to make the custom suit and 7-10 days for delivery. I wrote an email and advised them this suit and shirt are for a special wedding. They shipped in 3 days and it arrived in 4 days India to Texas. Cannot get better than this! 2. Quality of the shirt fabric is not the best, but middle of the road. I bought it to only wear once or twice and it will do this very well. Fabric is just a bit thinner than a top quality premium dress shirt. 3. Suit. The fabric is good quality, again not the highest grade, but very acceptable for a $200 suit. The fit is good. If you buy suits you know that virtually every suit needs some alterations or adjusting for it to fit perfectly. Two of the suit buttons at the top will need to be moved. The sleeves will need to be shortened 1". Otherwise a perfect fit. This is better fitted than I hoped for. 4. The pants fit and fabric is normal quality suit pant material. 5. Packaging was excellent. Suit and pants did not need to be ironed. But while I have the laundry move those buttons and shorten the sleeves I will have it ironed. Comes with a suit bag and nice wood hanger with broad shoulders to keep ugly hanger marks from appearing. There is also a fancy French Crown logo pen in a nice presentation case which I will give away to someone.

2 stars because French Crown makes beautiful fashionable shirts, jackets, etc. I've purchased from them before and always produce nice looking clothing. The price you pay, however, is wondering if the company isn't really some random person sitting in a field in Southeast Asia with a sewing needle and a thread. Each time I've ordered from them I've had to send a "Cancel & Refund pls" email just to get the item on the truck. Usually 10 days after the initial order - after it's been paid - you hear nothing from them. Send a note asking to cancel the order results in a "item shipped" message with no acknowledgement of a delay, no apology or any form of customer service. They're not even trying to establish respect or rapport with customers, so roll your dice and hope the item arrives within a month looking half-way like what you see in the ad. It's a crap shoot.

Do not buy from these people
Do not buy from these people. They are charging a lot of money for substantial goods, I only ordered 2 items - one turned up faulty with burn holes and the other a completely different size to the label. I then had to go through a lot of hassle to get them to answer about a return. They then refused to pay the return postage, even though they advertise - “No question Asked” Return Policy Free Returns within 60days - this is a load of nonsense as they do not adhere to this. I have lost a lot of money on the postage due to the high value of the faulty goods I had to return.

Then Showing Me A Fake Proof Of Delivery Letter From FedEx Following Up With “You Are Lying You Got Your Package” So I Had To Show Them A Receipt That I Went To Suit Supply The Same Day I Was Suppose To Get My Order And Had To Spend $700 And Proof Of Purchase Date Explaining To Them That If I Did Get Their Package Why Would I Go And Buy A Jacket That’s $600 More Expensive Than Yours? And Before you Say Well Our Jacket Could Of Been The Wrong Size I Would Have Simply Just Sent Your Junk Back And Go Buy A Jacket Else Where Or Either Just Tailor It And Have It Fixed I Would Lie To Get $147 Back Bc Why Would I Go Buy A $700 Jacket Right After What Tf Am I Going To With 2 Sports Coats I told Them. They never responded and this was the short story the long story is 1.5months of back and forth.

Very Bad Experience. Poor Service.
I received a suit that was dirty. I emailed customer service, they asked for pictures of the dirt mark. I sent them pictures and never heard back. I have emailed, called, and sent Facebook Messenger but no one is contacting me back. Horrible service!!! I wish they would contact me.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. My item took a month to ship and I was unable to wear it to the event intended for. I still haven't received it and they are refusing to cancel my order and give me a refund.

Three Tries, No Fit.
I ordered a suit from them. On try #1, the pants were fine but the jacket and vest were too small. I sent them my exact measurements, but had to pick a different color as my first choice was out of stock. On try #2 they got the jacket and vest exactly right, but sent me pants that were 4" smaller around the waist. This color went out of stock, so I had to try AGAIN with a different color. On try #3, they reverted back to the original suit and vest size (too small) and hemmed to pants (I had asked for unhemmed), making them too short. They refuse to go any further or give me a refund. All I know is it's been back and forth with them for months and I still don't have a suit that fits. I'd gladly offer to have tailoring done on my dime, but the suits are too small and can't be let out.

Superior three piece Suits at this price point!!!
I've bought 4 suits from them so far and ALL of them turned out SUPERBLY EXCELLENT! At first when buying their suits the first few tries, their sleeves and vests were too long for my body. The last two suits I bought however fit perfectly, as I sent them my exact measurements. I've learnt a lot how to deal with them. They're always on time with their shipping and their suits are always of superb quality. The fabric and cut is amazing. Their suits are a bit old fashioned in design, just the way I like it as it has a bit of an Edwardian era flair to it. I can't think of anywhere else to get a better suit for the money as they're simply the best at this price point. My latest addition from them, a Charcoal Subtle Windowpane Wool Suit turned out fantastic, the fit, finish and quality control were all on point. I've now made it clear to always keep buying Three piece suits from them if I'm ever in need of one. Thank you so much French Crown!
