We are very pleased with the product, and the service. I placed an order at 3:00 on a Wednesday afternoon. I was not expecting to receive this order until the earliest Friday afternoon but most likely Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week. I was pleasantly shocked and surprised to receive this order Thursday morning by 10:00 am. That is going above and beyond. Thank you

The representative I spoke with was great! I am disappointed in the product; I ordered 100 and fifteen of the earbud sets have functionality or mechanical issues or defects. I have only opened approximately 25 thus far, so this is alarming.

Great company - Product Observations
Doing business with them has been great. The product, Hamilton Buhl WT-900 listening station deserves a comment: The headsets function good. However, and these are not complaints, but somethings buyers need to be aware of: 1. The headsets do not block out external noise. 2. The headsets are designed for smaller heads, children. They barely fit a normal adult head, and larger heads will be a little uncomfortable for longer durations.

Excellent customer service
I ordered headphones for my daughter's school and needed them by a particular date to use for testing. The shipment got lost and after contacting customer service, they sent an entire new package out for overnight delivery at no cost. The headphones are so much better than the old ones the school was using and we are hopeful it will improve test scores. Thank you

Affordable Headphones
The headphones we ordered seem t be much sturdier than those we have ordered from other companies. They were affordable and a great way to outfit our whole school with a product that will hold up but also not break our budget. The only suggestion I have is that I would love it if this product came in a bag that we could write the children’s names on.
