I purchased a pair of Louboutin's from this store. I was happy with the speed and credibility. The only thing that was a negative was that they did not come in the Louboutin box but they were in the dust bag. Seriously, that was the only negative that I can think of. They were so accommodating and helpful.

great first experience!
i had been at a specific gucci purse at another online consignment shop for month, they sent me a coupon so i ordered it, $600. then i googled the bag (should have done it before) and found it at couture boutique for $250! i cancelled the other bag and bought this one. not only was the bag exactly as described it came packed with great care. after i made the order i emailed customer service asking if i could use the 10% first purchase offer (i found it after i ordered) on a future purchase. within an hour they contacted me to say they applied the credit on the current purchase. how great. I do a lot of vintage and consignment shopping, this site has very reasonable prices and from what i experienced so far great service.

My experience was great. I did a layaway on a GUCCI clutch and it was the bag I never though I could afford. I appreciate the layaway because it allowed me to treat myself and still stay on my budget. The clutch was in great shape and I love it. There was a small issue with the layaway for the last payment, but I called and got resolved immediately. I will shop here again.

I was so happy to find a bracelet My wife loved. I contacted customer service to ask a question which they promptly answered. Their pictures are accurate as well. Ordering was easy and the item was just as described. It shipped out and I received tracking the same day so I knew when to be available to sign for it. I purchased a David Yurman ring from Couture Boutique. I originally saw the ring on ebay and called to ask about its condiiton. The store person who answered was lovely and helpful -- she quickly found the actual in the store item and answered my questions as she was looking at it. She also pointed me to some discounts that might be available. The ring was shipped quickly and in the condition as described. It was a great value for the quality of the ring. Thanks CB.

Thank goodness
Finally an online boutique with 1- inventory I actually want 2- layaway on my terms! Nothing is worse than finding something you love and realizing you can't afford it or they only have layaway for 30 days. I love Couture Boutique because I get what I want with enough time to pay for it! I would say I am telling all my friends but I don't want the competition!
