I sent a few emails re. an Hermes bag and heard back from the store very quickly, with the answers to my questions and additional requested images. I purchased the bag over the phone and the associate was professional, friendly, warm and quick. I would definitely shop with Couture Boutique again.

I bought a Louis Vuitton Hard Suitcase . I collect them strictly for decorative purposes around my home . Those in good condition and reasonably priced are sometimes difficult to find . The hard case was priced fairly , shipped safely , and I will now check back with them routinely .

Oh my! Where do I start?! This was my first purchase from them and I am very satisfied. I opted for the layaway option for my Louis Vuitton Neverfull, which gives 60 days to pay interest free off the purchase if you don't have all the funds upfront. I completely forgot that it was only 60 days and actually went over that time frame by a week. They generously gave me a courtesy call and gave me an additional 48 hours to complete my purchase. Not only that but my back was in my hand 3 days later and looked exactly as advertised and definitely authentic. I can't wait to business with them again! :)

Pleasantly surprised!
Husband and I were shopping one day and I stopped in to Gucci to look at their gold horsebit bracelet. Left without purchasing, came home and googled it. Coutureusa had just posted one at almost half the price. I usually buy directly from the boutiques, but this seemed to good to be true. I checked their reviews on Purseforum and decided to go for it. I couldn't be happier, item was better than described, shipping was super fast, and I saved thousands! I will continue to check in with them for new goodies, would buy from them again in a heartbeat.
