In love with my designer bags from couture
I have purchased two purses from couture. The first experience wasn't the best, however,everyone deserves a second chance. The second experience was good. The product was clean, damage free. Regular shipping was fast and prompt. I love love love the shoulder Louis Vuitton bag that I purchased for a excellent price. Authentic as well. I will continue to purchase from courtier in the future. I am excited that I will be able to add to my designer purse collection.. Thanks couture.

Oder Disclosure Not Made! Not Good Business!
LV bag smelled of water damage. I was not told about the oder when I spoke to attendant over the phone. Not fair! Not good! Also, lock had no key. What is up with that? This could have been disclosed during phone conversation. Olivia

I'm a bit unsure as to why our staff failed to mention the condition of the bag over the phone. Pros: The items that I have purchased so far are indeed authentic, and comes safely and conveniently packaged. And so far, customer service has been attentive and responsive. Cons: The company needs to do a better job of ensuring that orders paid for are actually shipped, and not sold to someone else after confirming a customer's purchase. Also, they need to be more careful and vigilant about inspection of items before listing them, since I just had to return a belt that was obviously sold to the company damaged and disguised in a way to hide that fact. Then, sold to me as advertised in good condition, but luckily upon inspection before breaking the Couture seal, I noticed it was cut and poorly hand-sewn in an attempt to cover it up.

It's truly unfortunate that your shoes were sold in our retail store prior to you placing your order. When items are sold in our retail store, we have technology in place that updates our website inventory amounts every 15-30 minutes (which essentially marks the items as “out of stock”). Ideally this would be done in real-time to avoid these types of issues, but in our case, this is not possible given the technologies that are currently in use. As a result, there are very rare instances where an item is sold in our retail store and then purchased minutes later online by another customer (as in your case). We agree 100% that this is not an ideal situation and are working toward eliminating this problem in the future. I do believe that we did already provided you with a $25 discount code, but if not, please let us know and I'll be happy to provide one ASAP. With regard to the inspection of the items... We do our best to disclose all of the flaws for each item that we sell and I stress this to our staff on a regular basis. We never want a customer to receive an item and be unpleasantly surprised to find damage that was not disclosed during the buying process. It’s just not good business. With that said, it sounds like we may have missed an important detail on the belt that you purchased. I’ve personally reviewed the photos online and am unable to see what specifically you are referring to but will be sure to review following the return. I’m assuming you’ve already received the free return shipping label from our staff? If not, please let me know and I’ll be happy to take care of that as well. The quality of this shoe I just received was absolutely stunning, I had called the girl at the store before I purchased these louboutins to make sure that they would fit a size 9, she happened to be an 8 1/2 and said that there was room, so I made the purchase. Received them and they do not fit, I am sending them back unfortunately, and am so upset because they are so beautiful and so perfect to what I wanted, just wish there was a half inch more to those!
