Fabulous customer service in store finding mattress with best firmness. Shipped to home out of state free shipping. Bed is currently set up in guest room (long story) so cannot rate use of mattress!

Customer service at Urban Mattress Boulder is good. They are helpful and quick. However, the mattresses we purchased turned out to be of very poor quality. After less than a year they all bumps!

Bad customer service, Inferior Products
Over the last 20 years ,I have only purchased organic, natural latex, spring free mattresses for myself, and family. When we needed a new mattress I went by their showroom to see what they offered. They didn't have the high quality I was looking for but what they did have was a condescending and uninterested attitude. Save your time and spend your money with another company that appreciates their customers and has quality product.

We asked for the mattress to be delivered at a specific time, and planned to be at the house then. They came early, and had to be let in by a roommate before we got home to accept the mattress. Other than that it is very comfy.
