Bad customer service, Inferior Products
Over the last 20 years ,I have only purchased organic, natural latex, spring free mattresses for myself, and family. When we needed a new mattress I went by their showroom to see what they offered. They didn't have the high quality I was looking for but what they did have was a condescending and uninterested attitude. Save your time and spend your money with another company that appreciates their customers and has quality product.
