Urban Mattress really cares!
Excellent sales team, great atmosphere, no-pressure style. I am having the best sleep of my life on this mattress Ken sold me! I also love that Urban Mattress has been continually committed to serving the needs of the larger community, and donates much needed beds to organizations serving Boulder's homeless population.

We purchased our mattress last summer and could not be happier with our selection! Urban Mattress was very helpful and informative, not to mention their extraordinary patience with us making our decision. After spending and wasting money on several mattresses during our 36 years of marriage,we invested in a Vispring...have not had a bad night’s sleep since(except when traveling!).

Urban Mattress is absolutely horrible.
Absolutely horrible. Do NOT ever ever ever buy anything at Urban Mattress. At Urban Mattress, you get the worst customer experience you could ever have. Both Eric and Billy, the two people I dealt with at Urban Mattress, were completely unhelpful. I bought a very expensive and utterly defective king size mattress that smelled like soggy horse hair and sagged so much that you couldn't sleep in it without rolling into the middle of the bed. Upon delivery, I immediately contacted them and complained and wanted to return it. They said I could not. They would not give me my money back or, at the very least, exchange it for a similar mattress. They just pushed me off to the manufacturer of the mattress to get satisfaction. The manufacturer just gave me the run around. Billy and Eric did not try to advocate for me, the customer, in any way. I ended up just throwing away the mattress and having to pay someone to remove it, probably then fumigate it and then incinerate it. No mattress. No cash back. No store credit. And, of course, no apologies or other helpful suggestions from Billy or Eric or the manufacturer. I am so sorry that I shopped at Urban Mattress. The place deserves ZERO stars, but I had to click one star in order to write this review. This is a real review. Real customer. Totally honest. Just trying to be helpful and informative to everybody out there who might entertain the idea of shopping at Urban Mattress. Please stay away from Urban Mattress. Do NOT go there. There are many many alternative stores in which you can buy a mattress. Obviously Billy and Eric and their suppliers don't understand that. Please trust my review. I am unable on this website to upload the photos that I took of the mattress. I wish I could show the world.
