Not Bolt speed service
Bolt would seem to mean fast...not so fast. Also, the website graphic interface was a bit out moded.

Hi William, Sorry to hear you were disappointed by the speed on our standard, free shipping option. Your order was placed on a Saturday, meaning we weren't able to start processing it until Monday. From there, we had your order out the door in 6 business days and -- according to the shipping tracker -- you should receive it today. As I understand it from the team member I spoke with, you need your order by the 11th and will have received it on the 6th, so your shirts will have arrived with plenty of time to spare. However, if you ever need your order a lot faster, you can request our lightning-fast turaround by selecting any of the paid shipping options at checkout. This means you'll get a next-day turnaround (ie, on a business day) on your order, where we'd more than live up to our namesake ;) As for our online design studio, I'm sorry it wasn't to your liking. -Bolt Printing Customer Care Team

Best T-shirt Place Ever!
As a business owner I took a chance and ordered T-shirts from this company for the first time. I have to say from the word "go", dealing with them has been amazing! Not only was the girl on the phone wonderful, but Stefan in the production team actually made a VIDEO of the production of my shirts for meI I am completely blown away at how helpful and kind they are and I am thrilled to be expecting my shirts! If you need tshirts done, regardless of the reason, you need to call these folks! Excellent job all of the way through!!!!

Perfect Customer Service
I have not yet received my order however the ordering experience was very easy. I was very impressed to receive a phone call when I missed the email to approve the design. Spoke to a very nice and helpful person with the company. So far my experience has been wonderful with this company and I plan on ordering again in the future.
