LATE SHIPPING! BUYER BEWARE
I paid extra to make sure my shirt was delivered by the 10th. First attempt at delivery wasn't until the 13th!! It also required a signature for some reason and I don't work from home so I wasn't there for further attempts and didn't get it until TODAY! 11 days after I needed it. I need a refund for the shipping cost ASAP

Hi Danielle, While I'm sorry to hear your package didn't arrive when you'd hoped, we unfortunately have no control over the USPS. Regarding your request for a refund on shipping, you weren't charged for shipping. We provided free shipping so there was no extra payment of any kind. Again, we're sorry you were inconvenienced and that it took so long to sort things out with USPS, but regrettably that's entirely outside our control. -Bolt Printing Customer Care Team

It's kind of unbelievable the level of attention their team put out for such a small rush order. I would have been happy enough if it was printed accurately and got to where it needed to be, which it did. But they were friendly and attentive and even helped me figure out some weird drop-ship requirements. SIX stars.

Fantastic customer service, wonderful product!
We called Bolt because our big box printer could not fill our order in the time window needed. We had 10 days to produce 254 shirts for a charity 5k on Thanksgiving morning. Bolt was so accommodating and incredibly helpful! I cannot stress enough how amazing their customer service was, answering all of our questions and calming our anxiety about receiving the order on time. We are a local organization so we were able to pick the order up a day before distribution and the shirts came out great! They were a better quality than I think we would have gotten online and everyone loved them. We even saved $500 compared to our online quote!

My expectations were met
My expectations were met We have ordered numerous runs of shirts now, and each time I have been pleased. They are not the cheapest prices, but they are affordable. The shirt and design quality get complimented by our customers. The process of artwork and then delivery was exceptional this time, which guarantees Bolt will get my business again!
