They are honest and professional
I was referred to bolt by someone who gave me one of their company shirts and needed some for my business too. Great experience and service , exactly what we needed and the honesty was appreciated as well . I clearly didn’t know what I was doing and ordered the more expensive version and was directed to the matching less expensive version. What a nice surprise! They are my new shirt company because they delivered and did it at a very fair price, thank you!

We spoke with a rep on the phone when…
We spoke with a rep on the phone when we placed the order who was kid enough to sit on the phone as we placed it. We got a price and agreed on everything. We end up having to pay an add'l $200 because a box was not checked showing that the front of the shirt was a picture. Very very very frustrating since a rep walked us through the order and was on the phone with us when we placed the order. This should have been something that the company took upon themselves to take care of since, at the time the order was placed, we did it with one of your reps. To be charged an add'l $200 was flat out ridiculous. Haven't received the shirts yet (they are due to arrive tomorrow) so we're hoping they at least printed correctly. We won't use this company again.

Best Service Ever
Because we were outside of the stitch count, we had to do a little customizing of the customizing, but the end result was quick and painless. I had some trouble placing the order online (probably because I was rushing) but I sent an email over the weekend and by mid morning on Monday Lana had sent everything over for approval, set up the order, and rushed things into production before noon. I couldn't be happier with the service I received! You've earned our small business for as long as you'll have us!

DON’T EVER USE BOLT PRINTING
DON’T EVER USE BOLT PRINTING! They got so many bad reviews for their terrible service that they created a new Google reviews page to try to fool people. This company is absolutely garbage. Check out the pictures and also Google and read this article: "DON’T EVER USE BOLT PRINTING!"

UPDATE! Shirts came in I couldn't be more excited! Quality of shirts and design are top notch and my shipment even arrived a day early. If you are looking for a place to have your shirts or various other items printed....Look no further! Bolt Printing is the whole package. Outstanding quality product and amazing customer service. I'll let you know about quality and shipping experience when I receive my shirts, but the process so far has been great! The team at Bolt Printing has been over and above helpful in every aspect.
