Poor customer service
Poor customer service, products are rebranded Chinese engines with poor quality. Do not stick to their warranties. Company Facebook group sanitizes critical statements and band those who tell of their poor service.

Do not even remotely consider buying from them
From the first moment I tested the bike, the front brake caliper was sticking to the brake pad, preventing the wheel from spinning normally. I was on a trip when it was delivered and I emailed them as soon as I got home to let them know about the front brake calipers. They emailed me telling me how to realign it. I tried their methods about nine times and it was clear that the caliper was defective. A few days after beginning to use the bike, the pedal assist broke. They told me what to look for to fix it but nothing helped. One thing they suggested two times was to check whether the crank was tight. Both times I told them that it was already tight. I asked for a return or refund but they did not accommodate. The last thing they told me to try for the pedal assist was tightening a circular piece, but this piece had a wire attached to it which prevented it from being rotated. I told them that. Their response was to tell me to tighten the crank, which I already had told them two times was tight. Around this time the bike stopped turning on at all. I asked for an extension to the refund policy but they did not comply. I asked them what they were going to do about the pedal assist and about the bike not turning on at all, and they have not responded in four days. The suggestion to tighten the crank after being told twice that it was already tight is a dead end for the technical support for that issue. Another dead end is the fact that they have not responded in 4 days about the pedal assist or about the bike refusing to power on at all. The company warranty policy states: "All bicycles and unicycles come with a 1 year warranty on frame failure and 6 month warranty on parts against any manufacture defects." The brake caliper prevented the wheel from spinning properly from the first day. I informed the company of the parts defect within the warranty period and followed all instructions for trying to fix it before it was determined to be defective. They haven't sent a replacement for the front brake calipers more than five months after telling me they would order a replacement, and over seven months after being informed of an issue.

Awesome Support!!!
Thanks to your awesome support staff I'm able to ride again! I've been having problems with my clutch. Turns out it needed to be adjusted. BikeBerry is very helpful to find out what the issue was.

DO NOT BUY from bikeberry.com
DO NOT BUY from bikeberry.com! Bad policy=bad customer satisfaction. I purchased a bike for $630 and it arrived defective due to the front fork being bent to the point of not being able to even put the front tire on. So, not even being able to ride the bike you'd think that they would exchange the bike for customer satisfaction...NOPE! Seems customers satisfaction is not a priority. I have all chat transcripts, saved and on file, from 3 different days trying to get this resolved. I have photos of the defect and the packaging it was shipped in. The packaging was perfect on arrival but in one of the chats they tried to say shipping could’ve damaged it even though photos were already sent. In the first chat log, they wouldn't provide me with a return authorization. They do/say whatever they feel even if it’s not accurate/true. Also, their return policy page states that they will refund or exchange a defective PRODUCT, and after 5 days of normal use. Remind you, I wasn't able to even test it for 5 days because its defective beyond rideable out the box. So what did they do? They state that the fork will be replaced because that's the defective "product", and that their warranty policy will override their return policy..HUH? Here's the issue: I did not buy the fork as the "product", I purchased a brand new bike as the product. The fork happens to be a part of the bike but again I did not buy a fork. I spent $630 for a bike, NOT A FORK. At this point, I’ve had enough, I’ll NEVER purchase from Bikeberry.com again. We’ll see if they honor their 1 year warranty if the need arises. So, they send the fork, and now I'm responsible for replacing the fork and fixing a brand new bike that I haven't even rode yet. I also had to disassemble the front brake just to be able to transfer it over to the new fork, it’s been a complete headache. Bikeberry.com has awful customer satisfaction policy and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND SHOPPING ELSEWHERE! They didn’t even offer any compensation for the hassle…TERRIBLE!

Stay away unless you like wasting money
When I opened the box to find no directions just links to advertisement laden videos, I should have sent it back then. This is the 4th bicycle engine I've done, so I'm not unfamiliar with the Chinesium parts and troubleshooting. Got it all installed, runs but breaks up at the top of the RPM band so you get a max speed of about 15 mph, I can pedal faster. Chatting with someone who clearly is just reading a cheat sheet and has no mechanical experience was also fruitless, and once you install the engine its no longer returnable so I basically just wasted $240. I've tried 2 different brand new carbs, 2 different plugs with no improvement. I'll stick to Amazon from now on, this was my first and last purchase from BikeBerry.

Dishonest; Missing Items in order; Wrong items paid for
DON'T DO IT. First time ordering from this site. It has not been a good experience, so it will be my last. First, my order had still not shipped as we were nearing day 4, so I called them only to find out they were holding my order due to one item being out of stock, BUT the item was not out of stock when I ordered and paid for it nor was it updated as out of stock when the guy told me that on the phone. He gave me a choice to remove the item, issue me a refund and have it finally ship out the next day, which was day 4 after I had ordered - I agreed to do that. Next afternoon, still no email updates that anything had shipped AND no refund for "out of stock" item, Nothing. I emailed them, and within one hour, I received a shipping email that all items had shipped. Fast forward to tonight when the package arrived. The item I was told on the phone prior to shipping that was supposedly out of stock and to be refunded to me was in the order, but then we had one item missing and another one was the incorrect exhaust altogether. This is absurd. I just don't understand what is so hard about just being honest with the customer, and fulfill the order as they paid for it, OR reach out to the customer to let them know what you do not have in stock and issue them a refund for that item. I have a bad feeling that I will be chasing these people for longer than necessary to get this resolved. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE unless it is one or two items and you are not concerned about wasting your money and time. They cannot handle a larger order or honesty.

Super easy to reach after purchase over 6 months ago. This was my second kit I purchased from bikeberry, my first one was stolen the day after I installed it....arrgh. The second one, I tried the direct drive, it was so simple to install, and of course, it started right up. Thanks bikeberry, nice doing business with a caring business.
