I still have not received the order and I have contacted you by email several times. No reply.

As far as shipping goes, we do apologize the order has not arrived yet, but Standard Shipping for international orders is a 2-3 week transit time depending on the country, Customs, and other factors. 7 business days have passed since you placed your order, but we can assure you that your order is on its way to you. Hello Anna, We're sorry to hear you're not satisfied with our customer service and your delivery. Your order was placed at 9pm, and was in the hands of the carrier the next day. We say that it takes 3-5 business days for the carrier to deliver the package. The carrier does not count the day they receive the package as the first business day, and they don't count the weekends as business days. That being said, Monday was the first business day for your order, and it was actually delivered on the third business day, which was Wednesday. I'm sure it felt much longer because of the weekend, but the order was actually right on schedule, and even a little earlier. We've actually tried to contact you to follow up, and left a message. We'd love it if you called us back at 1-800-746-7640 so we can assist you further.

Happy Beta Glucan works for so many people
Although it sounds like many people have a positive experience with Beta Glucan, I am not one of them. I started slowly, but felt nauseous after each dose and discontinued taking the product. Now, I am unable to access my account, so I am not having a positive experience with the website. I realize not every substance works for every body, which is okay, however being unable to login seems less okay. I trust customer service is outstanding, I'll try them next after the weekend.

Beta Glucan does not have any known side effects, but in your case, I would suggest to try taking it with a little bit of yogurt, applesauce or maybe a smoothie. You could also take it at night to see if that helps. I would be awesome if you can experience the amazing immune support that Beta Glucan provides. After entering online and trying to cancel my January shipment….”handle with team’ pops up and asks my name….site will not accept any name. I want to use my points prior to December 31, 2023 if I can ever get the site to receive my name to get started!

I haven’t noticed any improvement in…
I haven’t noticed any improvement in bloodwork,I don’t feel any better,and my cancer is growing rapidly. Two ct scans and a pet scan since I started,and each worse than the last. I’m not blaming the beta blu an for any of this,but it’s not helping me as I thought it would.

I realize BWH can't control shipping
I realize BWH can't control shipping, but I sort of expected it to arrive sooner (I was told it would be "expedited" because of a rare BWH order mix-up); but instead it seems to be taking longer than my previous subscriptions to arrive. Need to have this particular supplement, guys...like, yesterday.

The main thing is the time to get my order. I hadn’t realized it would take a week after ordering. I guess I hoped since I was in Georgia it would be quicker. But I see it’s shipping from Colorado. So it goes. I had to wait to order and was just hoping to get it sooner. I have recently figured out I’ve been fighting tick borne illness for over 20 years. I have high hopes for the beta glucan 500.

It's completely understandable that when you saw our Georgia office address, you thought your order would ship from there and arrive in a few days. I ordered on the weekend so I couldn’t…
I ordered on the weekend so I couldn’t talk to customer service. I wanted to pay with PayPal but had trouble so ended up charging to my credit card which went through fine. Just frustrating at the time. They did respond to my question I emailed to them. So that was very much appreciated. Michelle from Better Way Health also called me to apologize for the problem I had. Ordering no problem, shipping???
Ordering was not a problem, but shipping is proving to be a slowdown. Upon arriving in Ohio, where I live, the package was sent to USPS in eastern MI, then on to western MI.....and I live near SE Michigan. It will be interesting to see just where it goes next and how much of the country it sees before hopefully arriving here.

Takes for ever/ Worth waiting?
Am asked to review and my order hasn't arrived yet. I believe they can do better with the carrier they use. Regular mail takes for ever. Update: was it worth waiting? Customer service is one of the best! They reach out fast and efficiently. About the product, have been using it for a little over two weeks, has a nice taste and not that bad to swallow the caplet. I do not take the recommended dose for now. I have heard great things about it and hope to have better things to say in a near future.
