Pros and Cons of Azlo
I know Azlo is new, so I'm going to try to write this as objectively as possible, without being super negative. PROS: There are some great features with Azlo. I really like the interface when you sign in. I love that I can see my Stripe window of payments recently made so I know what's coming in. I love that there are no fees. The phone support is great because you actually get a human to talk to. CONS: Unfortunately, Azlo is missing features that I'm used to from other banks. Many people have complained here about processing times, I've experienced the same problem. It took a long time to start this account because money takes forever to transfer. My rent still requires a check (basically the only time I still use checks) and so far, it has taken 10 days for Azlo to send a check. Other transfers take long, as well. They don't have an automatic payments feature. While most vendors have the feature, (so I was able to set up automatic payments directly with the vendor) if there is a vendor you pay that can't set up auto pay on their end, Azlo can't do it either. You can schedule payments, but you have to manually schedule them. Every month. This is a big hassle, especially when running a business. When a check is mailed, the funds are taken out of your account right away --- not when the other party cashes the check. This was a problem when a check was lost in the mail and the funds were already out of my account, so I had to wait another week for the funds to get back into my account. This one is simple, but there is no way to search transactions. They've added an option to "tag" transactions and then you can search for the tag. But if you don't think to tag every single item when it comes in, you have no way of searching transactions later. You can't search by name or amount or anything. You can't fully customize the Stripe/Square/Quickbooks window. I don't use Square or Quickbooks and there is no way to get rid of them on the integrations window (or add PayPal to the window). They don't offer support on the weekends. I just experienced a fraud issue and tried calling them (on a Sunday) but all I got was a voicemail to leave a message, saying they aren't open on Sundays. This was upsetting, considering it felt like an emergency situation. You can only have one account. I was told they were working on "sub" accounts, which could be great, but since this is a new company, any new features could take years to implement. To be honest, I'm now researching other banks. The fraud issue concerned me, and I already had the problem with my rent check being late last month because I didn't know it took 10 days to mail a check. It's a pain in the butt to switch banks, but my experience has been less than great thus far.

First, it's awesome to hear that you're enjoying the app interface and dashboard layout. It's also great to hear you've had good experiences with our support team. I'm sorry to hear you experienced an issue with fraud, and can understand why you'd want to get in touch right away. For these types of situations, we do offer the ability to block or unblock your debit card directly from our app or website. When it comes to other requests during off-hours, our team aims to respond as quickly as possible. As we continue to grow, we'll be looking into extended support hours as well. We also understand your point that the check mailing service is not the ideal solution for every transaction. As an alternative, we're hard at work building expanded (100% digital) payment offerings, and focusing on faster funds availability. These features are currently top priorities for our team. When it comes to multiple accounts, this is also something we're also working toward. As you've heard, the ability to offer sub-accounts (or a similar multi-account setup) is on our roadmap. We don't have a firm timeline for this feature yet, but I do know that our team is aiming toward launching new functionality in the near future. To your point on timing, we recognize it's tricky to discuss features that are further out, but we wouldn't typically mention any new feature or update if we felt it was years in the making. If you are from the any of the …
If you are from the any of the following countries Cuba, Venezuela or Haiti. They will not let you open a business checking account, even if you have lived in the United States as a legal resident (green card holder) for more than 5 years and soon becoming US citizen, they will just simply say no. Please stay away from this racist company.

The good the bad
The good The website is straight forward...no frills online business banking, easy to use app, easy to deposit checks, easy to sign up, and it’s free. The debit card looks cool too. The bad Excessive Hold time to access funds and process payments. No cash deposit. When you deposit a check it will take a week before it’s cleared in your bank account. No paper checks, wonky looking invoices, hard to move money around. Verdict-meh it’s ok, maybe use it as a second bank account So if you don’t need immediate access to the money your business makes...I guess Azlo would be a good pick. I’ve used it for a month and I’m considering other options due to the difficulties accessing funds to pay vendors and bills.

The updates we're working on will shorten hold windows for all customers, and in addition to that, you'll see hold times further decrease as you build deposit history with us. When it comes to invoices, we've been developing a completely new and more robust feature that's due to launch within the next month or so. Since our account is 100% digital, we don't plan on offering cash deposit or paper checks at any point in the future. Instead, we're working on ways to make digital payments as fast and easy as possible. For situations where digital payments are simply not possible, we also offer a check mailing service at no charge. We hope that both these improvements help out by getting you access to and making it possible to move funds more quickly. I use Azlo for two business accounts and I absolutely love the customer services as well as the business services I receive from this company. Anytime, I needed help they were right on it and for that, I truly appreciate Azlo!

Modern Online Business Bank for 2020 and The Future!
Azlo was the only bank in the USA that allowed me to open an account entirely online. It's 2020, and only Azlo knows it! The entire process was no fuss, fast setup! Bank-to-bank transfers are very quick and easy. Great user interface and iOS app. USA banking is usually clunky and old-fashioned; Azlo feels like the future.

simple, streamlined system

No fees - Intuitive online experience
The best account for small business owners like myself. I run a purely online business, so having a fully online business account makes sense. Best of all, you don't charge any fees for my account!

Convenient and trustworthy

Unprofessional
There's some good that can be said (for the most part no fees), it functions as a typical bank and they give you a debit card. Since they are a "sub-bank," they partner with a bigger bank to actually handle the money. On the surface, maybe they have less features as Novabank, but they should be fine. I am a legitimate business in the U.S. (with an EIN, SSN, LLC), as well as a U.S. citizen. I went through the application process. Got accepted. Cool. 2 months in, I sent some money to the bank, perhaps too slowly for them. I had tried to fund my payoneer account from Azlo bank, it was rejected by a system error for Payoneer (I signed up to use payoneer to pay contractors who are overseas). 2 weeks later, I get an email that my account was cancelled and that I'm ordered to move my money, with no explanation. That's it. No warning, no explanations, just cancel and get out. That's not how you do business.

So easy to do business with
So easy to do business with. Their website is simple and easy to use, you are not overwhelmed by advertising for loans and other products, it's just their banking. Sign in, your balance is the first thing you see on the screen, get what you need and sign out. Really easy. Great way to do business!! Highly recommend them if you like saving time...

Azlo all the way!
I am very happy that I made the decision to go with Azlo. It has made all of my banking needs as a small business great. It has been a year, and no complaints. Whenever I have an issue and mind you the issues are self-inflicted, meaning something that I have done in error, their support team has always been prompt with responding and resolving. Even when I had to do a structure change quickly so that I can be able to re-open business to offer work from home solutions to people in this very trying time for our nation, they made the process seamless for me. I appreciate the one on one care and concern for my little company that the team at Azlo provides. Thank you. Seriously. (Sorry for the run-on sentences). I'm a talker :)

This bank took a few hundred dollars…
IF YOU'RE ABOUT TO DOWNLOAD THIS BANK I RECOMMEND NOT DOING THAT AND DOWNLOADING CHIME OR OXYGEN Business banking! Azlo took a few hundred dollars out of my account, over a month ago and have not put the funds back. This is the second time funds had been removed under Azlo Supervision, as the first time the funds came out it was because of fraud, I opened a dispute and they issued a provisional credit, then They took the the provisional funds back on "mistake" . I have called and emailed them multiple times upward of 15 times and to no avail, they ignore my messages and give me some BS excuse when we are on the phone, Like "we're sorry but our team is working on this as fast as we can". I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK! No they have not been actively working with me like there response to this says, they have been ignoring my messages, and not giving me an answer, DO NOT WORK WITH THIS BANK, I'm WARNING YOU THEY WILL SCREW YOU! THIS HAS BEEN THE MOST HASSLE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A BANK! IF YOURE ABOUT TO DOWNLOAD THIS BANK I RECOMMEND NOT DOING THAT AND DOWNLOADING CHIME OR OXYGEN Business banking!

I would like to like this bank more but…
I would like to like this bank more but just basic banking stuff they can't get right. I had an ACH debit scheduled that I can't tell if it has been attempted and rejected and their customer service can't shed any light on that. What kind of bank can't tell you if a debit was attempted and didn't go thru? Nothing shows up in the transaction history, no notifications are given so its just left as a big mystery.

Poor application review process
Well I am only writing this in the hope the people that run Azlo see this. I registered my LLC a month ago ( please note this is my second business). And after some careful research decided to go with Azlo instead of my regular bank as it claims to be the Entrepreneur/ Small Business Bank Then - they rejected my application on the grounds of ineligible citizenship / residency ? Say what now ? I’m a US Citizen with a state registered LLC. so I persisted and sent several queries to their support email asking for further clarification, while providing additional info showing that I have met ALL the criteria listed in their email to me. The final response was even more vague- basically I still don’t know why. Very very disappointed.

Azlo from Heaven to HELL
I have Multiple Small business and after a few months working fine with azlo I just got an email saying under further review they decided to close my accounts and i should move my money , just like that , i have called several times , no body can give me an explanation , or check if is an error, just they will give my message to the lady that sent the email, it is a Shame how they do business....

BRAVO: Opening a Business Checking Acct With Azlo
I was slightly reluctant using a bank for online business checking, but I must say AZLO made it quite seamless. I encountered a hiccup, uploading the wrong documents and even in this Covid19 environment with everyone away from the office, I must say the Azlo team got back to me and resolved my issue in 24hrs. Great work! I am definitely recommending Azlo to all my friends.

Absolutely Horrible
I opened my account with no issues. The app has problems with the very first check I attempted to deposit, the app claims is cannot read the account numbers that are clearly visible on the check. The worst part is that I was instructed to endorse the back of the check "for azlo mobile deposit only." Now I have a nearly $5,000 check in limbo due to Azlo's technical difficulties. Save yourself the stress and do not open an account with Azlo. I am regretting it %1000.
