Please use DHL or USPS for Canadian orders. UPS is scammy. Yeah you disclose there's duties. A watch that is $300 but the duties is $120. Give me a break. Send me refund. I didn't even accept the watch. Now their representative said they going to ask ups to abandon the package. For such a big company, y'all amateurs. Ridiculous

I've ordered a CT-Scuderia 40 mm watch for my girlfriend and received the 44 mm one. This is NOT fair because I live in Hungary and sending back the watch with all the cost will cost more than the watch.itself. Absolutely atrocious and rude customer service and they refuse to do the right thing after sending me a defective item
Sent me a pair of defective Prada sunglasses in whose arms were completely stretched out in the wrong way so the glasses sat on your face very crooked. After much communication and sending them pictures they finally agreed to take the item back and send me the same thing again. Once I sent it they told me they would not be exchanging it and sending me a new pair I would only have to get a refund. I said I don't want a refund I just want what I paid for and I don't want it to be a regular. Completely refused. Why wouldn't it be so hard to do what I'm asking? They should be apologizing in the first place for sending me a defective item and then trying to make it good with me as a customer. They don't care at all about their customers. I have shopped with them for years and years and I will not again.

You are requesting a store credit or an exchange for a new pair but our system is not able to process store credits, replacements, or exchanges. Everything is returned for a refund and if you would like we can process a new order at the same price. Once the refund clears on your account, it will be like you placed the order with the same payment method as you will have only been charged once. All orders are checked prior to shipping but it is the original battery when the watch was manufactured so it is more than likley the battery died in transit. We see that customer service offered a reimbursement of the battery replacement up to $10 with a copy of the receipt. Please forward the receipt to [email protected].

not trustworthy place to buy things when they don't claim past store credit.
I bought over 10 watches from ashford in the past. one Hamilton I returned and gotten store credit for exchange something later. I still have the email and receipt for the store credit. however, now they claim the management is changed and they do not honor my store credit. this is not a way to treat your customer. Ashford is definitely a place to avoid!

This watch could not be authenticated…
This watch could not be authenticated by my jeweler and when i told the company they just blew me off. Then the watch band broke around the 8th time I wore it and when i wrote to customer service they basically said since i had worn it they would not take it back. Dont order from this company.

Probably a used item shipped to me…
Probably a used item shipped to me though I have ordered for new. The watch arrived today. Shipping was on time. Immediate after opening the box, I have noticed following: 1. Manual missing. Without manual how am I going to adjust stopwatch hands? 2. It seems like somebody taken off protective plastic from dial and bottom of the watch. Bottom plastic is partially ripped. There are lots air bubble under both the plastic. 3. Usually, new watch shipped with Crown out, so that the watch does not run to avoid battery drainage. The Crown was "in" for the watch which I have received and the watch is running. Usually, a new watch run around 2 years with a new battery as per Boluva website. So, I don't know what is longevity of the battery of this watch. Other thing I have noticed is that no place in the seller website said the watch is "Made in China". Box label shows it is "Made in China". Seller website just says that country of origin for movement part is "Made is Japan". It would be nice if the seller replaced this one with a new one which is unused and includes manual.

Awful experience
Awful experience. Awful customer service, I will never buy from them again. Edit: I want to provide more information on my experience since Ashford is trying to act like all they did was lose a package. I bought a watch from them on a special discount code they were offering. After waiting for several weeks, I reported the fact that the watch had never arrived. They then proceeded to tell me, that 1-I might be contacted by the delivery service and if I did not answer for some reason, I would forgo my refund (Already shady). 2-Once they determined that the package was lost by the delivery system, they immediately offered me a refund but would not replace the watch. The issue was that the watch was bought with the special discount code, meaning that buying it again would mean I would now have to pay MORE for the watch I had already bought. I brought this to Ashford's attention, and they said they would match the price of the watch when I bought it, but not the additional discount. If you buy something from a company, they take your money, you wait weeks, they never contact you, they lost it, and they won't even give you another one in return I think that is a bad company. Ashford could have made things right by sending me a replacement watch on express shipping, maybe even throwing in a discount code for future purchases, instead when I told them I was disappointed with their customer service they basically said they did not care. I've bought from a lot of companies, this one is the worst.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Person i spoke to on phone about refunds kept insisting for me to order something else or just get a 25% coupon and keep merchandise that didn't fit. Numerous calls and same response. Not helpful at all. I would not purchase or recommend this site.
