Still waiting for the watch I purchased even as ups says it was delivered? Each person I call blames the other as I am stuck having to pay on something I did not receive!! They do not refund when they cancel my orders and got my credit card info disclosed. Not a safe place to shop.
I have bought some watches from Asford. Com for the first time and thought that I have got a good bargain but it turned out to be a night mare since they cancelled my order even I have confirmed verification from the email. So I decided to place a second time with the same items and it got cancelled. I chatted with their customer service and was told to place via amazon pay. Luckily I have locked my card and when I entered the card number I got a message that there was a failed transaction and after I talk to my bank they told me my card was hacked. Untill now Asford has not refunded the amount of the 2 orders they cancelled. Eventhough their representatives told me it would take 2-3 days for the refund. So I will talk to them again today. So you should be careful when you shop at Asford.com they are not secured like they advertise.

Got the watch was too large and heavy so returned it. Ashford does not send return label so I was stuck paying $23 to send it back. Called cust service and the girl was like ‘sorry nothing We can do”

My experience with Ashford has been…POOR
My experience with Ashford has been unbelievably poor. After taking advantage of a “flash sale”, after paying for the item and receiving confirmation, the order was cancelled due to “pricing error” The price was fair, it was not unreasonably low, it was a price that was previously on this same watch. It seems they use spam email with a “flash sale” to draw traffic, and then when someone actually decides to buy something, they cancel the order and say “oops that price was too low”. Are you kidding me? When inquiring with customer service as to why the order was cancelled, all I got was “sorry, we can cancel any order we want”

I have purchased from Ashford in the past and have always had a positive experience. This time, the watch came and it did not fit. I received a return authorization the same day and returned it. The tracking said you received it on the 20th of December. It took 2 weeks to even get confirmation from your customer service department that you received the watch. I had to start a dispute with my credit card company in order to get your company to get things moving. Needless to say, this was not a good experience and I will think twice before I buy another watch from you.

Trash customer service
My order was returned to sender and I am unsure why. I have contacted USPS about it but was informed that my order cannot be shipped only refunded and that’s poor service. You should ship me a new pair - I really wanted these sunglasses but I will never recommend your website. Seems like a scam as I was told I can be refunded until the item is inspected, as though I might not be refunded. I never received the product.

I saw a picture of a watch on their website and ordered it. What I got was not the same watch as in the picture (picture had the GMT dial; the watch I received has a diver's dial). I live in Canada. All international sales are final when shipped so I can't return for a refund. This was Ashford's mistake, having the wrong picture for the watch. So, I've ended up paying for a watch I never wanted. For anyone living outside the US, realize that all sales are FINAL when shipped. If you don't get what you ordered, you're screwed.

I was sent the wrong item a month ago…
I was sent the wrong item a month ago they sent me a 24.00 ring instead of the 150.00 watch I had ordered. They told me I had to take off work to get a label printed and send them back the item BEFORE they fixed the issue they created. I got a notification that they received the returned item on the 18th now it is December 31st and I call them 4 days ago to see what was going on with my item. They told me that the warehouse was processing my package and it would be shipped the next day which would have been the 29th but still NO EMAIL, no item, no explanation whatsoever!

I tried to order a watch
I tried to order a watch, there were 3 levels of identity verification. The final step was photographing my license and my visa, and sending them a copy. This opens myself up to identify theft to a major capacity if my information isn't handled with the utmost care. That level of care unfortunately doesn't exists, with even hospital records and police stations getting the information stolen from their servers. I find this extremely irresponsible, and there are many other ways for verification to be supplied. Putting physical copies of my personal identification into the nether is very off putting. Never have I been asked from a legitimate company, for that information before.

Avoid Ashford
Caravelle by Bulova Men's Watch 45B142 Order this watch and its NOT how it looks in picture. The strap is not aligned properly and you can't adjust it. Secondly Pin buckle goes side ways, when you put on watch on wrist. It should stay in center of wrist. Waste of time & money. Return process is NOT easy and it took more than 1 month to get return money back. I had free shipping, but when I return back the watch, I was charged more than 50% for return shipping. Would NEVER again buy from Ashford. Avoid buying from Ashford, if you don't want hassle/headache for returning items.

Bought a Swiss Tissot watch as a gift
Bought a Swiss Tissot watch as a gift. The watch malfunctioned 24 hours after opening the package. Ashford said it needed a new battery. That didn't fix it. Then Ashford suggested I contact the manufacturer and make a warranty claim. I asked them to provide manufacturers. I asked them to provide information on how to process a claim. They didn't email it as promised. Now I'm stuck with a brand new watch that doesn't work and have to fend for myself. Buyer beware, they sell faulty watches and don't stand behind what they sell.
