Purchased a Luminox with a 100m…
Purchased a Luminox with a 100m waterproof rating. Took a shower with watch on, watch no longer works. Customer service said they can't help me. STILL paying for a broken, what I'm assuming FAKE luminox.

Hello, Thank you for your review. We do apologize for any inconvenience. Regrettably, watches should never be put under hot water, like in a shower. Especially a Push/Pull watch, even with 100m rating. Also, please note, it is water resistance up to 100m in a perfect setting. No watch is waterproof. Again, we do apologize any inconvenience.

There should be free shipping labels to return packages. I spent $44 on my watch and I had to spend $12 to return it!

The watch band is TOO large
The watch band is TOO large. Hoping I can get some links removed. Otherwise I have to return it.

Hello, Thank you for you review. We do apologize for any inconvenience. We see that the watch is listed as a 7.5 mm watch on Ashford.com. This watch will fit a 7.5 inch wrist comfortably. However, there should be pin holes near the bottom links will will allow for some links to be removed.

watch band broke in less than a week
watch band broke in less than a week. Ashford said it was a manufacturer warranty, even though it still had plastic wrap on back. Manufacturer doesnt cover watch band failures. Horrible experience. neither the manufacturer or Ashford would make it right! think twice before buying online

Not run as received,bad service.
This is not my first time to buy watch from Ashford. I have to say last two watches were fine, but feel really bad this time. I wanted to give this watch as Xmas gift to a friend. When I received it and found it not run at all. I contacted the service and was asked to send the watch to repair. Xmas is this Friday, still don't have any update from the repair place till now.... -------------------------------------------------------- It has been three weeks since I sent the watch to repair service, still no any update and the customer service can not give a certain date that I can get the repaired watch.....

Watch box was EMPTY!!!!!
Fast shipping but you know what’s funny and I don’t even know if it’s a prank or a joke. They sent me an empty box! I ordered a calvin klein watch and they just sent me a box AN EMPTY BOX with just the cushion and the watch booklet but NO WATCH!!!!!! Very unprofessional. So you pack a package to a customer without checking if everything is ok if the merchandise is inside the box! It’s a big no no! That’s not a mistake before you send it to the customer you check everything first. Do you guys even do an audit for your online orders! This is not good!!!

Regrettably, inventory is not a perfect system and sometimes, these things can happen. We issue a refund right away to avoid holding your funds. The 10 days is an estimate as your bank can take this time frame to give the refund. We have already issued the refund on our end and no longer have the funds. Here are the options we have that have chronographs for Men's watches in Hamilton https://www.ashford.com/brand/hamilton.html?feature_family=Chronograph&price=500- . They are all showing as available with more than 5 models available except for H32416781 & H32416981 which has one available. These also all qualify for the 12% discount with code EXTREME. Please make sure to check your spam/junk folder just in case. We also do see that you are located on the west coast. We are located in the East coast and ship from there. We see your order was shipped on the 10th and was delivered on the 8th, well within our 1-3 business days for processing and the 5-6 business day time frame for delivery from UPS. I'd love to give a better review
I'd love to give a better review, but I cannot unfortunately. After searching the site and placing our order for the items, we were then notified days later that the items were all backordered. That information should have been up to date on the website. Cannot trust the inventory on the site.

Ashford customer Agent very rude and…
Ashford customer Agent very rude and stubborn, not helpful at all. If any orders placed by users twice due to system glitch are not considered for free return. We have to pay from our own pocket to return the package even if shipped twice due to their system glitch. Worst Service. Never buy from these fraudsters.

We did explain as you placed the order under 2 different email and after 15 minutes apart from each other, you cannot qualify for a free label. Our system shows no glitches but 2 different orders to the same address. We again, apologize for any inconvenience. As offered we are more than happy to provide a label and deduct the cost of the label from the refund, which is not something we offer.
