The product ordered is as advertised and was delivered in a timely manner. The shipping box was damaged and noted as such by the USPS and the item was not damaged. However, the shipping charge was excessive.

Our buying experience was amazing but delivery was not
Our buying experience was amazing and the oven is perfect. The only issue we had was with the delivery : the oven was unexpectedly delivered. We had received no tracking number, and no appointment taken (despite clear instructions on the packing slip) and the +100lb package was left in full sun on the parking lot, not even close to our door. We actually received a shipment email and tracking number 1 week later...
