Our buying experience was amazing but delivery was not
Our buying experience was amazing and the oven is perfect. The only issue we had was with the delivery : the oven was unexpectedly delivered. We had received no tracking number, and no appointment taken (despite clear instructions on the packing slip) and the +100lb package was left in full sun on the parking lot, not even close to our door. We actually received a shipment email and tracking number 1 week later...
