Ice Maker Scotsman 65lb Undercounter
First, I paid $50 to have it brought into the house. That did not occur. Second, the condenser is loud. Is that common with this model. I did not have this issue with the previous ice maker. Any idea why it is so loud???

I have not received my purchase
I have not received my purchase, as of yet. I see that it was shipped USPS, so I am expecting it any day now. I saw what appeared to be a tracking number, but the site did not have the tracking number set up as a link to track my items. Other than that, I was very satisfied with my purchase. Again, I have not received the package to see the condition of the items that I purchased.
