Looks exactly like the picture!
Looks exactly like the picture! Outside of the oven was covered in a white peel-away film so no scratches and no dents when delivered. Sturdy and the stone the pizza goes on to cook is literally double the thickness of the ones I owed before. Has a chimney-sorry, but that's just to cute! Because the door closes keeping the heat in,the items cooking will cook fast! Large temperature gauge as well. I live in Florida and everything is kept outside (covered) . The last 2 pizza ovens I had were not close in quality but did last 3 years until they rusted on the inside so they had to go. As I use this one, I will most likely buy another so I can cook 2 pizzas at a time. Oh, and easy to assemble-very little to put together.

Awful experience so far..
Awful experience so far... I hope to be able to provide a better update soon. First grill arrived damaged - poorly packed, poorly assembled. After contacting BBQ Authority and then speaking directly with the manufacturer, a second grill was sent directly from manufacturer. Also damaged. Also poorly assembled. I’m currently seeking a refund that has already been approved by the manufacturer, yet still not processed and waiting due to issues with BBQ Authority and their distributor. What’s the delay? I’d like to know too. BBQ Authority’s email system also has issues. As requested, I sent several emails with photos of the damage. Sadly, their email system was full. I then had to resize several emails and resend. In a later follow up, their email system even rejected a regular text email.

Not offering excuses, but for explanation sake, it appears that this was a result of growing pains when we added a new product line. The procedures and policies associated with this line of grills had not been solidified. We take our customers satisfaction extremely seriously. As of this morning, the credit has been issued to your card and we know that the manufacturer has been in contact with you to remove the two damaged items. As always, please feel free to contact us (866-238-9228) with any concerns and ask for a management member if you feel that your questions are going unanswered. We will take this situation and use it as a teaching tool for our staff and for future product launches. I was very impressed with how efficient…
I was very impressed with how efficient your were with my order, along with the fact I was called to confirm my correct address to make sure my order showed up at the right address, due to billing and shipping address being different due to relocation. The only down side is you didn’t have the knives in stock to come with my order.

They claim no hassle returns
They claim no hassle returns. Has been a major hassle. All I want to return is a BBQ tool set. When I finally get someone on the phone, they give me the run around and tell me to be on the look out for a return label but it never arrives. And I haven't even complained that I have to pay for the return shipping and in the fine print, because I am returning, they are charging me for the initial shipping cost. It's free to ship, but if you return, then they credit you but take keep money for the cost of sending it in the first place. And they also said I needed to send photos to prove it did not use the set. I received the set and within an hour of receiving, called to make a return. Really, do you think I used it that quickly? And I am still waiting for a return label/email so I can send this back. It's been over a week. Major hassle.

Our interaction is limited to the Built-in Napoleon BBQ Grill that was purchased under your husbands name. I ordered a Napoleon Prestige 500 RSIB. It shipped the next day. Unfortunately, the trucking company lost the shipment. I had 2 conversations with BBQ Authority about the matter. The first one was on Friday and they said let us look into the matter. Second conversation was on Monday. They said we checked into it and the freight company doesn't have a clue. They shipped another grille that day, with the comment that they will deal with the freight company. Talk about people that handle their business. First class operation.

WOW is underrated should be more stars. Order was easy and intuitive, lots of goodies from manufacturer and from BBQ Authority as well a t-shirt, bottle opener etc. No taxes no transport yes!. 11% discount for the 4th of July. I got a beyond five Start buying experience and the hella of a grill I have been saving for many, many moons the Napoleon PRO665 S-3 that's what's up! Special thanks to Chris, awesome talking to him. Glad I found BBQ Authority
Glad I found BBQ Authority. I was shopping for a grill and they came up as a store selling the grill I wanted. The grill is a fixed price unit that is priced the same across all stores. I received a discount for being a first time customer, so it was the best deal I could find. The grill also had $75 off, but it was not loading into my cart. I called and the person answering the phone fixed the issue while on the phone and I placed an order. Delivery was fast plus they sent a bunch of free items with my order. I am very happy with their service and the products.
