I am so disappointed with Peruvian…
I am so disappointed with Peruvian Connection. I have been a loyal customer for 6 years with VIP status. I recently rang their order line to purchase a dress in their new Early Fall 2023 catalogue. Was told the dress wouldn’t be available for at least 4 weeks and that I would have to pay the shipping price ( even though it says free shipping until 27 August 2023). It took me 30 minutes to get an answer on the phone when I rang the UK number. What has happened to their customer services? Why is it so difficult to speak with someone? I’ve read the recent reviews on here and worry about placing an order now as so many people have complained they are still awaiting refunds for returned items! The London based shop provided excellent service and I got to know a few of the staff there. They were lovely. Always helpful and goods arrived following day. Refunds were available almost immediately upon them receiving your returns. Such a shame that they closed the London store. I wonder whether their founder Annie realises what’s going on? Maybe they no longer wish to trade with UK? Either way we loyal customers deserve better customer services than what’s on offer now!
