I thought I was getting a free t-shirt…
I thought I was getting a free t-shirt for mother's day. Turns out, they sent 2 of the same t-shirt in separate packages, and arrived the same day!! So I had to pay 10$ SHIPPING for each of the packages. When I only wanted one tshirt. AND, Unknowingly, was charged for 2 membership fees a couple days apart from each other. So a "FREE TSHIRT" quickly turned into a $60 cost.
After emailing them they DID say they'll refund 10$ out the first $19.95 membership.
