Caitlin Rocks!
My recent experience with Caitlin was definitely 5-star. My experience yesterday with the website was NO-star.The website makes promises of discounts that aren't aavailable, but never tells you that. So I kept re-entering a promo code that wouldn't work, wondering what was wrong with me, getting frustrated to the point that I didn't care if I bought anything or not. Today however, I found Caitlin, who explained everything, helped me quickly reconstruct my order, and was polite and charming throughout. From now on, I'll order by phone.
