Scam
Ordered a necklace for my wife for Mother’s Day 3+ weeks before Mother’s Day. I still don’t even have a delivery date. Customer service is clearly AI. I’ve asked for a refund then they send me a fake tracking link that only shows that USPS has NOT even picked up my order.
I feel like this whole company is some North Korean scam.
