Very helpful and knowledgeable
Very helpful and knowledgeable. I went in to get my wedding ring cleaned and replated, which they did in less than 10 minutes, and to get info about the design process for resetting my stones one day. They did a good job at providing info and not being sales-y, and then followed up with answers to some design questions via text later.
