Shop LC will always tries to satisfy the customer.
I love shop LC and mistakes can happen.I messaged a rep and he was no help,he also wanted to charge me a refundable dollar, really!Early this morning I spoke to another customer service rep and she talked in some lame excuse that made no sense but she did try to help.When I checked out it kind of worked itself out.So after some aggravation it's okay.I will just take a break from the auction site. Well I also want to note that shop LC will do whatever it takes to make things right. This is another reason why I love shop LC.
