Poor communication
Tried to order set of three different color magnetic clasps. Order posted as three similar ones. Spoke to someone on chat but lost connection. Still haven't seen shipping info. Email shows order for 4262787. What I tried to order was item # 4262782. I thought since there is no shipping info they could swap items before shipping.
