Not McDonald’s Customer Service
I went into my initial request for additional information very frustrated, and probably less polite than my mother taught me to be. Despite those conditions, my support rep, Ken, handled my question-and every question and request there after-with ease, kindness, and patience, going far above and beyond what he had to do just to answer my question. He took time I’m sure he didn’t have, to address every concern and provide solutions-both immediately and in the future-to ensure we were satisfied with the results. Ken has made us repeat customers and we have since purchased three additional kits as a result. THANK YOU, from the bottom of our hearts.
