Squaremouth IS Tinleg and crooks
Squaremouth IS Tinleg. be aware that the two companies are owned by the same people, so when "shopping" for travel insurance on Squaremouth, you are actually on Tin Leg's site. it's a scam, pure and simple.
After denying my claim for trip cancelation i have submitted an "appeal" which they have been sitting on for weeks. even though i have a written document which clearly states the tour has been CANCELED, they continue to insist that the trip was interupted, and that is thier defense. any excuse to not pay. I will update this when they finally respond.
