Karen was very helpful in assisting me on my auto loan . She gave me the approval and all the requirements right away. We completed my auto loan in a couple of days. I just hope that for next time, I can sign everything online since I live all the way in Alameda County. I appreciate Karen a lot for walking me thru the process. Thanks again, Evelyn
